Patio sliding doors need replacing, won’t slide.
Sunset views were great from our patio.
Extra attention to washing of floors and vacuuming is a good idea.
The free bus passes were fantastic, so easy to get around and not worry about parking downtown. Considering that parking at this resort can be challenging when it’s Full, leaving the truck parked and taking the bus was excellent. Easy to get to the gondola too and again, no worries for overflow parking.

The place was great! Great pool and hot tub. We loved having the ability to have a fireplace in the room. The staff were very helpful!!

We had a great stay, beds are comfortable and place was clean. Can’t go wrong with the hot tub, pretty busy but can’t go wrong with the view. Will definitely stay again.

It is a beautiful area and the pool view is amazing! The staff are very friendly and I really like having a full kitchen and fireplace ( wood provided!). My only negatives would be the bed is very hard and uncomfortable, the bedroom on the main floor is like a sauna when you close the door and when you have the window open ( so you don’t over heat) the construction noises were crazy starting at 0700. I would stay here again ( during the week/off season) as the pool is worth it ;).

Great hotel! They accommodated 5 adults, a toddler and 2 dogs. The dog bed they provided were super comfy and cute.
The rooms were clean and the beds were so comfortable.
The only downside was that the bottom of the stove was broken and hanging on and the cutlery holder in the drawer was dirty.
Other than that, I'd be back in a heart beat!

We had a great stay!! We love this resort, it was the first time we brought our pet. They were so great with pets and we will for sure be coming back with her

If you plan to use their wood burning fireplaces, bring a hatchet as the wood provided requires multiple boy-scout badges if you have any hope of making a fire go with the logs provided. Starting to show its age but still great place to stay

Love this place so much. I must say it’s even cozier stay than the fairmont. We’ve been to many hotels in banff over the years. This place is the perfect comfort and cozy place to stay at. Amazing customer service and great staff! We enjoyed making s’mores for hours while in our wood burning loft. Bonus underground parking!!

We had an issue with our room. The front desk manager handled it immediately by moving us to a new room that met all our expectations.

I'm feeling bad for expressing this in writing, but .... this place is old and disgusting. It isn't clean at all. The furniture looks like it has been through war, the carpets have burn marks.
The kitchen is tiny and besides plates/cutlery and glasses there really isn't anything to cook with. Very small fridge and ancient stove.
No paper towel, tea towels etc.
The staff is super nice, and very helpful and that has been a really pleasant experience. We needed help and they came in a timely manner and tried to address the issues. Thank you for that.
I read the reviews of this place prior to booking and most of them were positive. I know it is a busy time of year, but considering the nightly rate, this honestly feels like robbery and we are extremely disappointed.
The entrance to our place looks like a dump, with laundry and stuff sitting all over the porch - not very welcoming. That said the view from our livingroom is amazing.

The hot tub is so cool that I can see the great view.

Very clean, easy to check in and check out. Beautiful hotspring pool

It was close enough to Banff Ave where heading down there wasn’t a big deal, but far enough away that it was quiet and peaceful. The room wasn’t super fancy or anything but it had everything that we needed so it was perfect for us. We did have noisy neighbors above us, but that’s the the resorts fault

The resort and amenities were very nice. The staff were friendly. I would stay here again. I would only ask that they stock the kitchen with more kitchenware like a roasting pan or casserole dish for the oven and a working toaster. We made do without but it limited our cooking options. All in all the location was remote and felt very peaceful. Right near the Tunnel Hiking Biking Loop which was a nice access point to a great lookout area!

The property is dated, but exactly what we expected and was looking for. Wood burning fire place in our room, outdoor hot tub, stunning scenery and off the beaten path. It was a quiet and peaceful getaway.

The hot tub and sauna area is nice. My room came with a fire place which was nice.
Unfortunately the rooms are slightly outdated and seemed not very clean. The hotel room above us was very easy to hear the other people and their steps were very loud so definitely need ear plugs.

Accommodation facilities were good.
Reception guy was bit unprofessional.

I love going to this resort for the outdoor hot tub and the wood burning fireplaces. They could fix up the condo I was in abit and do some deep cleaning. You could see dust coming up out of the heat vent onto the wall. Plus the towels in the bathroom had holes in them.

I loved this property. Every amenity you could ask for, the hot tub is amazing, fireplace is perfect. Town shuttle right at property is super easy to get to and from town.

I was stunned when I heard "if you made a reservation through Expedia, you are not guaranteed what 'they' advertised."
It was a mountain view option and I paid even more for that!

The hotel is good , wish to be in the loft apartment cause the people on top of me was very noise. Fireplace didn’t work very well everything was smelling smoke after the fire. Hot tub small so was always crowded always ,,,

Staff were efficient and courteous. They found out we are celebrating wedding anniversary and they took the time to write a card signed by staff and gave us a bottle of wine for gift. That is a big WOW! Thank you mgmt and staff of Hidden Ridge Resort and Expedia for the VIP gift.

Great stay. Rooms looking a little dated, but would go back in a second.

Nice location, nice to have 3 beds and a separate bedroom. Fireplace and right kitchen amenities.
Very noisy until 1:30 am due to neighbors. A bag of compost was left sitting in the entry to the unit. The shower soap bottle was broken off the wall. The unit was very, very warm, especially in the loft. The beds were decent and the shower temperature was good.

Beautiful resort, hot tub is amazing, transportation to town was convenient. Over all a wonderful experience.

Everything is perfect: location, apartment, hot pools, guest service. Just two small issues: changing room for hot pools is too small, as well as lockers there. Secondly, it would be nice to have some lights at the barbeque places.

The resort staff were extremely friendly and helpful and our loft chalet was bright and comfortable. Nice amenities too, hot tub was particularly welcome after a day on the slopes

I don’t like VIP access benefit, but I love this property overall

Second stay at Hidden Ridge in the newer premier chalets. Absolutely exceptional. Cozy spacious mountain chalet and the grounds are a little winter wonderland. Perfect secluded location yet only a few minutes drive from downtown. Friendly staff who accommodated a request made at the time of booking which was greatly appreciated. Our stay was magical. ❄️

We came for my birthday. We had a excellent time. The room was nice & warm. Fire place was easy to navigate. Added bonus was free underground parking. The heated pools and sauna are a must! We enjoyed them in minus 30 no problem

This property is very dated for such an absorbent price! Although the staff are very nice, there is a clear lack of good management. We stayed 6 nights. A printed note advised when there will be cleaning etc. including vacuuming which never happened. There was no bed linen for the pullout couch. The mattress protector on the pullout couch was full of dirt. The cushions were stained and had merely been turned over so guests don’t notice. The toiletries in the shower were never replenished. Thankfully, we brought extra toiletries. We asked a cleaner to get more toilet paper but on our return later that day, it had not been done so we had to go to the office to obtain some. The dishwasher and sink are tiny but they give you a massive cutting board that doesn’t fit in either, so doubt that ever gets a good clean! There are not full sets of any crockery, ie. 4 cups, 3 bowls, 5 glasses etc. No oven trays so if you are cooking, it will drip and the fire alarm goes off. There’s just a complete lack of any quality control. I would not recommend staying here!

We loved this property. Nice and quiet location. Checking in was easy and the receptionist was really friendly, professional and helpful.
The condo itself was clean, cozy, beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well equipped.
Thanks, we will always go back!

The gentleman that helped me at the front desk was very generous in giving us a free upgrade! It was very convenient! It was easier to go to the hot tub as it was just next door! Highly recommend this place. Very clean and spacious!!!

The stay was overall good, and the staff is great, but the facility is getting really run down. The pool/hot tub is crumbling. Large pieces of the tile are falling off. There is a huge heave in the floor of the unit we were in from the building settling. The smoke alarms in our unit were expired, and one started beeping ‘for replacement’ at 2am. Took it down and was horrified to see it didn’t have a battery installed. It’s really nice having a whole condo to yourself, and the ability to cook for yourself. Kitchen was fully stocked with all cooking utensils. The included bus passes were a really great touch, parking in town is expensive.
