Service was good and room comfortable. Plus I didn't pay for parking at the game.

Very comfortabke room and we enjoyed a great full breakfast. It was just a short walk to watch either the Royals or the Chiefs play.

Very Very Run Down! Old Property!!

Right across the street from The K. Right off I70 and 435. Courteous staff. Easy in and easy out. Will definitely stay again.

As always best western is the ideal balance of budget/value.

The Best Western was what you expect from a Best Western: decent- nothing too exciting or fancy, but it does the job. The major perk of this location is that we were in bed asleep before Arrowhead stadium parking traffic was even moving. The “path” from the hotel to the stadium was not clearly delineated and required a little off road hiking, but it is worth it if you’re able to handle that. The walk would definitely not be doable with a wheelchair or any kind of mobility limitations. Aside from saving us from the hassle of event parking, there was a large breakfast buffet that was pretty good. There was a lot of noise in our room (maybe from elevators?) but we were too tired to care. Overall, it did the job.

Very friendly and helpful staff, kids had fun in pool, breakfast was great, rooms were clean and comfy

My fiancé and i stayed here for 3 nights. It was very close to the stadium! The breakfast every morning was great, the room was clean and it had a microwave! It was a nice stay and we would stay here again the next time we’re in KC.

It was a good stay. Security on-site. Front desk staff were very courteous and professional. The room was clean and comfortable.

Breakfast fire! The people who work there so sweet and goes above and beyond!

The staff was amazing and the breakfast was top notch! The alarm in the room was set for 6am from a previous guest and we got in super late so I didn’t get much sleep at all but if that hadn’t happened it would’ve been seamless. The room was clean and the ac worked well and the bed was comfortable.

Pile of rocks right out front & old empty building in front of property makes it look a bit scary-ish

We survived the coldest game at Arrowhead, to FREEZE overnight at the hotel. Power outage had folks stuck in the elevator and we couldn’t get the heat to work.

Temperatures outside were -6F with sensation of -25F and the heater was not working and our bedroom temperature was almost 63F that is terrible when you came from the street. The doors and the hallways were very noisy. The only reason I stayed is because of the Chiefs game. Kitchen closes early considering the volume of guests. I have to asked for the sofa bed bedding in front desk and we were 3 and only 2 towels.

Perfect spot to attend games. Walking distance, we even walked during the -10 degree game and it was no issue. They have a cool bar that fills up with fans before and after the game. Staff was great.

We were on the ground floor, which was nice, within earshot of the front desk. There were people having really loud conversations in the hallway multiple times throughout the night. Someone also had a barking dog that wouldn’t be quiet. If I could hear all of this from my room, then I know the front desk could hear it. I get that pets are allowed, but there has to be a sound rule or something. The front desk lady was very nice and greeted us entering & exiting the main entrance. The room was nice, but small.

We booked the hotel for New Year’s Eve day game at GEHA field. We arrived Saturday, December 30. One of the elevators was out of order and the other elevator wasn’t working properly. New Year’s Eve weekend and the elevators service was spotty. We paid $400 a night, the beds were very very comfortable, the hotel was older and needed a lot of updates to be a $400 a night room. The heater and air conditioner was working, but when you set the temperature, it didn’t shut off at the temperature you set. The door didn’t latch unless you actually pulled it closed or pushed it closed from the inside. We didn’t find this out until the next day. The staff was amazing. Everyone was very nice and helpful but again to really be a $400 a night hotel you need a lot more amenities.

The staff were absolutely wonderful and the room was clean and comfortable. We stayed over Christmas and the staff seemed to be enjoying the holiday and were spreading Christmas cheer. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

Customer service was great very friendly, breakfast was good with a variety of options but the bed was uncomfortable, but I’m sure we’ll be back.

This hotel is in a very good location for a football game. However it is way over priced for what your getting. We had no hot water and the tv only got service about half the time.

Easy to Park... Close to Shopping Areas.

Friendly staff who held their cool during a busy time. Older furnishings. Nice to have a fridge and microwave in the room. Plenty of hotel parking during the football game.

The vicinity to the stadium is nice if that’s what you’re looking for. Otherwise, I’d explore other options.

The staff was friendly, the hotel was clean and probably one of the nicest in that area!

The property was within walking distance of Arrowhead Stadium which was the reason for our stay. Perfect location! Great breakfast for free!!

The entire staff was amazing! Outstanding from the moment we walked in the door. Desk people were not just friendly but super helpful. The staff at the bar/restaurant were also great. Room was clean. The breakfast was good. We were there for our 40th wedding anniversary to attend the Chiefs game. Walked to the stadium and back.

Don’t count on the restaurant/lounge opening on time. Cleanliness was average. I guess they can get away with those items when they are so close to the stadiums.

the property was fine for staying across from the stadium BUT be warned NO HOT water for showers and Bath! water was luke warm at best. we asked a few times and they said “yes we are working on it “
6.0
There was white powder on the blow dryer, no fan in the bathroom, absolutely no water pressure in the shower. The table was too big and too heavy to move. Repairs were made within the room, but they just covered up the issues with paint. It was very noisy too. I'm short - I had an awful time trying to get into bed, getting down wasn't bad but getting in was really hard.

Our stay wasn’t bad at all! Staff was amazing especially Marcus! The only thing my husband and I were not happy about was the pool was extremely cold to where our little one couldn’t enjoy it. Overall we would definitely come back again!

The staff who checked us in was very nice, the breakfast buffet was excellent! My only complaint is the water in the shower wasn't very warm. We would definitely stay again!

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The best part about our hotel stay was the extremely friendly staff! They interacted with our kids and made our stay much more enjoyable.

The water was not hot when taking a shower. The water didn’t drain so you had to hurry before the tub filled up. The rooms and property are very old. Honestly the staff was the best part of the stay.

The restaurant didn’t follow displayed hours. Homeless people around the area. Smell of pot on n hallways. Had to find maid service in the hallway to get clean towels and wash cloths. No one ever came to collect the trash. Told the front desk about the vanity light bulb being out and no one came to replace it.

My room was not ready upon arrival! check in was 3:00 at 3:30 was told go to game then were have room ready get back. i was like no we need to change and dint want my valuables in vechicle at game to get stolen. so then said be another 20 min. do was close to 4:00 before got in our room. we brought food to cool at chiefs tailgate the delay didnt sllow us to cook for tailgate due to lost a hour at check in time. no discount offered or appoligie. the guy that checked us in was rude as other customers wslked away he make rude comments about them to other person at counter. i over heard this when sitting in chair waiting for my room. so i paid full price for room i couldnt use till a hour later because was told it wasnt ready hadnt been cleaned. really messed up our trip.

The room was on the bottom floor next to the pool. To say it was sketchy would not begin to describe it. The door had pry marks it. The bathroom and shower reminded me of a locker room.
