The property generally feels old, leak in the lobby, crooked outlet plates, coffee maker didn't work... Little things really. The staff however was wonderful. Ben at the front desk was super helpful, when we called out for a later check out, both housekeeping (whom I called accidentally) and the front desk were very helpful. The people make the property... And the location of course. The pool was tired but being closed the next day for a two week face lift so it seems like there are some proactive renos being done.

We really felt welcomed by staff at the hotel. The place is very convenient just a short walk to the lifts, and the kitchen we had in our unit was very handy. Rooms are modern. Will definitely stay again!

Great as always. Staff is great. Location is very central. Close to the Gondolas, the best restaurants and there’s a Starbucks basically in the lobby (enter at Mezzanine level) !!! It’s not the 4 seasons but very nice and a great value for Whistler!

Staff are super friendly (especially house keeping - but all staff were nice) and helpful. Convenient location in the village stroll. Our room (with 2x double beds) was VERY small for 2 adults, an 8yr old and a 2yr old. I’d recommend no more than 2 adults in the room. Also, the beds were uncomfortable; they are dipped in the centre so you fall into the centre, and generally give you a sore back to sleep in.

We stayed in one of their smaller rooms with two double beds. The room was VERY small and not a great option for two people with ski gear. We visited friends in other rooms and they were very nice, so the room choice really matters. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Loved the location right in the middle of the village. Safe, convenient, beautiful, great service and services! Only tiny complaint is that the beds are super soft and have zero support. If you like that, you’ll sink right in!

Location is amazing in the heart of Whistler village, room super clean but not sound proof and way over priced. The games room had derelict shuffleboard table, broken air hockey table and ping pong paddles that a rat would avoid. The pool access is through a public area with a hot tub just warm. The sauna is on a completely different floor with no change room though they tell you to get changed?

This was our first time to Whistler and we really enjoyed the Crystal Palace. It was nicely situated walking minutes away from the Whistler Gondola. We loved our Junior Suite. It was very spacious, had a washer and dryer facility just down the hallway from our floor. Kitchenette was well equipped and bed was very comfortable! Thx for making our Whistler experience a great memory for my family!

We stay in hotels every 3 nights around the World and have never been treated more poorly than by the staff at Crystal Lodge - most notably Melany and Anita (the managers of this establishment). The hotel charged a $500 security deposit for a prepaid room on arrival and another $500 security deposit on their own free will (no mention of this anywhere in writing in their policies) and upon check out refused to refund it or confirm that it was refunded. We stay at MUCH nicer establishments around the World and have never had to have 5 emails back and forth and two phone calls just to be told that we did not "respect" the hotel policies...which were NOT communicated to us effectively upon check in. I am appalled by the customer service of Melany and Anita and must say, as a luxury traveler I will never stay at this establishment again. I could tell from google maps that it would be in a good location, but even then I had no idea how good. You don’t even have to walk outside to go to the Starbucks, the ski rental place, or even to go shopping at the lululemon. It’s all part of the same building which makes things so easy. It’s right in the middle of the town but also right next to the ski lifts. The staff is excellent, the rooms are amazing. You just can’t do better IMHO. Probably my best winter vacation so far, and this was my 55th country. I’ll be coming back.

Our experience couldn’t have been better. Every staff member we encountered was professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. The place is very clean and our room was refreshed early each day. The hotel is very close to the lifts, dining, and shopping. I will stay here again and recommend it to others.

This hotel is my second times choice. It's really convenient no matter where you go, you just have to walk. And the staff are also very nice.

Convenient location. Hotel itself is generally quiet, but the room facing the street were extremely noisy until 2am. Overall, the front desk staff were not very friendly or nice people. Couple of staff in housekeeping seemed nice, but it's a lack of attention to detail in room cleanliness. The room condition did not meet the expectations at time of booking based on available pictures of the type of room we booked.

We booked a room with a king size bed but the room we were assigned was terrible. It was basically a tiny corner with a double bed. And had a small window that overlooked the garbage bins. I mentioned this to one of the staff members and they knew the room and agreed. Fortunately when we complained to the front desk they moved us to another room. If not, I could not have stayed there.

The staff was exceptional. I never waited more than 2 minutes for anything. The location was perfect and the complimentary hot chocolate in the afternoons was a plus. Easy access to everything.

We enjoyed our stay at Crystal Lodge. The room was large and clean. The location is great and steps away from the ski lift. However, the room walls are fairly thin and can hear noise from the hallways and upstairs.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Crystal Lodge. We had a nice clean room, dealt with very friendly staff and decent amenities. All this with a beautiful view of the mountains and the village below. The only complaint we have was with the hotel across the way that played very loud techno music all night long. The staff at Crystal Lodge did what they could to accommodate.
