Maria, Gustavo, Radu, and Marshal, the day and night managers, the Hotel Manager, were incredibly attentive and accommodating throughout my stay. Kamilia and Ayahoria, the housekeeping supervisors, ensured that my room was always immaculate and welcoming. Their dedication to providing top-notch service truly stood out, making my stay memorable and enjoyable. I highly commend the entire team for their professionalism and friendly demeanor. It’s very pleasant to see them attentive and always ready to help with a Smile. Specially housekeeping Supervisor Kamilia deserves special recognition for her leadership and dedication to maintaining a high standard of service. Her proactive approach in overseeing the operations ensured a seamless and enjoyable stay for all guests. We (family, of 2 kid) had a fantastic stay at Amsterdam's Park Plaza Hotel. From the moment we arrived, we enjoyed the hotel's decor and friendly front desk staff. Our room was well-equipped with all the amenities we needed, including a Nespresso machine for coffee lovers, and a scale. Loved the details such as Elemis toiletries and soft wool throw on the bed. The hotel's convenient bike rental option allowed us to explore Amsterdam like locals. Located in a beautiful area right in front of Vondelpark, the hotel was ideally situated for a 20-minute walk to the museums and easy access to all the city's attractions. Park Plaza Hotel is an excellent choice for a relaxed and enjoyable stay in Amsterdam.

During my recent stay at Park Plaza VondelPark, I was thoroughly impressed by the hotel's staff, who went above and beyond to make my experience truly exceptional. In particular, I would like to extend my gratitude to (Maria-Lenca), Radu, Santa, housekeeping Supervisor Kamilia, and the morning breakfast staff, and specially the manager who helped me with my luggages the first day check in!!! whose exceptional service contributed significantly to the overall excellence of my stay. Maria with her warm and welcoming demeanor, made the check-in process a breeze. Her attention to detail and willingness to assist set the tone for the entire visit. Lenca and Radu consistently demonstrated a high level of professionalism and courtesy, ensuring that any queries or requests I had were promptly addressed. Their dedication to customer satisfaction was evident throughout my stay. Maria’s and Santa's cheerful and helpful attitude added a delightful touch to the overall ambiance of the hotel. Whether it was providing local recommendations or assisting with any concerns, Santa's genuine enthusiasm for ensuring guests have a positive experience was truly commendable.

Very enjoyable stay in a lovely surrounding neighborhood. Perfect for exploring Amsterdam, with tram connections right on your doorstep. Highly recommend.

Location was amazing! Right in front of their Central Park called Vondelpark. Entire staff are so helpful and friendly.

Located nearer, public transport accessible

I would have given a higher rating but the pillows were too hard and I didn’t sleep well. The area was walkable and very nice. The breakfast was excellent. The bar area was super nice and cozy but didn’t open until 3 each day.

Hotel was ok, very small, with small rooms. The restaurant did not seem to accommodate guests of the hotel with no reservation. We forgot an clothing item, called to hotel about it and they would check and call back. Never received the call back.

Reception staff helpful only disappointment was ordered room service and it took an hour to deliver some ice cream and that order was wrong. Nice room large bed with mod cons.

Really nice hotel for a short work trip. Staff told me breakfast was included at checkin, I found out this wasn’t the case the next morning.

Wonderful room with a comfy bed. Nice quiet location in the city to come back to after a busy day sightseeing. Convenient to tram and walking distance to main museums also. Staff very attentive and friendly. Did not have breakfast there but had drinks and burgers at the bar. Would definitely recommend and will return on any future visits to Amsterdam

Nice place about 3 km from city but tram just nearby. Walking distance to Museum and shops etc.

Clean, quiet and conveniently located. A 20 minute walk to the museums and 5 minute walk to the bus stop to/from the Schiphol airport.

house keeping was hard to schedule. the lack of adequate english speaking staff made staying there problematic for english speakers.

Really great hotel and all of the staff were so lovely. We were made welcome on arrival. Although this hotel is not in the centre, it was a perfect location for us. Not busy like the centre but very nice area with mainly locals. Near to vondelpark & the tram line.

Really great place in a good spot. Located just outside of the really busy areas, it was an amazing spot to come back to each night for a quiet night's sleep. Neighborhood is super nice and quiet. Only a short walk into the old part or can take a train in. Overall, great location, clean and comfy rooms, and a restaurant if you don't want to go out. Hotel staff member spoken to at check-in seemed very flustered as there was a line, was not very friendly, and was not keen on helping us with any questions or recommendations. But amazing place and highly recommed.

Very attentive staff and a comfortable room. Great shower. In a lovely, quiet, walkable, high end residential area with restaurants and shops. Next to Vondelpark and 20 minute walk to the museum district.

my wife and I dined at Tozi restaurant at the hotel and contracted food poisoning. When I brought this to the hotel’s attention, the GM denied all responsibility and even threatened to report me to the police!! A truly dreadful experience. Local food standard agency is investigating.
