It was good except the entire stay we never had anyone come clean the room. Trash was building up, had to ask for towels and toilet paper because we never had anyone replenish anything.

The stay was fine, no problems. Comfortable and quiet. Very good breakfast and appreciated having bar service in the evening. One thing I didn't see that I usually see at Hampton inns is 24-hour coffee service. I looked for it briefly, didn't see it, but didn't ask either. I don't like those pad coffee makers in the room.

Rooms and Hotel are always very clean . Bed was very comfortable.

Staff at the front desk was friendly and very helpful. The valet was also very helpful. Hotel is located in a nice quiet spot, but is still close to all the good stuff. The room was more than large enough for our party, and it was very nice & clean. As I said when we checked out, I wished we had more time & we will stay here again 100%.

This was a weekend away with my wife and it was a great place to stay.

The service and people were nice except for only one woman, named probably Ronnie (not exactly remembered). She asked me to bring my ID card each time when the room key did not work. It happened twice. I understood it could be a security process for sure. However, her attitude and sound were unkind and uncomfortable. In addition, she said to herself who did this with laughing and frustrated face when she checked my late checkout at 1 pm.

Hotel room smelled old and musty. The huge gap under the door to hallway made it very noisy. Found hairs in tub and on wall of shower. Would not stay there again.

Convenient location to Julia Street Terminal.

There was a humid smell in the hotel. Also I would recommend for the hotel to put at least 2 bottle of water in the room

Beautiful old hotel in a walkable part of town. Be ready for a 15 minute walk to the French Quarter but plenty of food and drink nearby.

Loved the breakfast! Good and clean rooms. Right across from the cruise port which was perfect, especially with free shuttle

Awesome room and great staff

They allowed us to check in early and the room was very nice. The only complaint is that you have to sign up for the cruise ship shuttle at 8:00 a.m. and there was no information anywhere about that. The good thing is they are very close to the port and although you could walk we took a car and it was only like $12.

Hotel area was quiet. Staff was extremely nice. Room was a bit outdated. The tub had a ring around it when we arrived, and the shower curtain was torn. Breakfast wasn’t great.

Close to convention center. Employee, lost my souvenirs and other personal property.

Everything was great but parking was ridiculous 60 for valet on holiday still too much

Just a couple doors down from us was a loud ongoing party. I understand this is the season for Mardi Gras however being outside the French quarter and being as late as it was, it would have been nice if the front desk would have done something right away about the noise instead of waiting as long as she did

Close to convention center. Good recommendation from bartender for great local pizza delivery.

Very good location short walk to popular places. The bar tender was very knowledgeable to places to go and learned a lot chatting with him.

The internal staff was very nice, pleasant and very professional. Very helpful and concerned about our well being. Breakfast was excellent. Will stay again soon.

There was a lot of kids in the hotel due to a gymnastics meet that was across the street, breakfast was not great for kids at all, and with as many kids that were there it should of been adjusted for food they would eat, like plain scrambled eggs, bacon, kids do not eat the type of eggs they serve, they did have a waffle maker and the line to make one was crazy long, because there wasn’t anything else the kids would eat. Parking when we got there was a nightmare, and because of those two things we want ever stay in their New Orleans hotel again, and because of several sports we travel a lot, oh and even with as much money as they charge they don’t even give you a dirty laundry bag, people were asking the housekeepers for a trash bag to put dirty laundry in.

Started before cruising from the port. Easy to get to from the airport. Convenient to sightseeing. Transport to cruise port.

Hated the valet, and the room smelled weird

Nice room and very comfortable. Breakfast on New Years Day should’ve been extended a little longer than 9:30am.

We had a very nice experience!

The breakfast buffet could be run better. Items kept running out and not timely replaced. Buffet closes earlier than time advertised or posted. We appreciated the hotel holding our luggage upon return from ship!

Everything was great we got to check in early so that gave us time to walk around

Excellent stay, my husband and I truly enjoyed ourselves! Love the area, walking distance to a lot of great restaurants. Overall 10/10, especially the guys they took care of the Valet. Outstanding staff.

Quick trip - stayed only one night, but everything about our stay was exceptional.

We stayed at the hotel for 3 nights. The hotel has a cozy festive atmosphere in the lobby area. The location was perfect for us as it was quiet, safe and close to the attractions we were planning to visit. The room was clean and had a great view of the park and the fountains near the convention center. Unfortunately, the breakfast service was pretty bad during our stay. We tried to get breakfast on the first two days, and the food was all out. The staff underestimated the guests numbers and didn't refill the food and coffee stations on time. We gave up on trying the third day and ended up having breakfast at the two chicks restaurant across the park.

When I arrived they couldnt find my reservation so took a bit longer to check in but the manager was able to help. The staff couldve been a bit friendlier. I was disappointed in their complimentary breakfast. The food was cold both mornings we stayed. The room was ok but very cold when we arrived the temp. was set at 60, so we had to turn the heater on and leave it on there for it to stay at a comfortable 72. I did like the valet service as i didnt have to worry about where to park my car or worry about it.
