Good hotel in general. Nice beds, toilet, kind staff and good breakfast (although a bit different breakfast in some ways).
The only bad thing I can think of is that you can hear everything from the street. It’s really hard to sleep.

the night staff at reception are extremely rude, the night doorman on Friday, April 29th, was very rude and said that if we didn't like the way he spoke to take our things and leave. I have never been treated so badly in a hotel before. The day staff were good. but the man of the night was horrible. he would never return. I expected much more from a 4 star hotel

Absolutely loved this place. Ideal location for Metro, tram and train station. Staff could not have been more helpful. The attached restaurant was brilliant for both breakfast and evening meal. We used the outside area at the front of the hotel to relax and enjoy a few drinks. My only gripe with the Windsor is that the restaurant did not belong to the hotel and was closed on Sunday evenings which meant you could not eat or drink at the hotel. We had just spent a tiring day visiting Como. (Which the Hotel had arranged.) and just wanted to chill in the evening. This is a minor complaint as the Hotel was fantastic in all other respects.

Our stay was great, the hotel is in a very central area in Milan, great breakfast and if you are driving it has a great parking garage.

Nice staff, great breakfast included. Cons were that the shower was small and cold, would not get warm at all. Room was outdated and not like the images showed when booking. Also the room was very noisy as the hotel is on a main road where a tram track is so it was noisy all night, overall was okay but would have liked the shower to be warm and the sleep quality to be better

nice, cosy and clean hotel with very good breakfast close to metro station, 15 minute walk from central station, and with multiple dining options in the area.

Checkin was friendly and efficient. Bed was very comfortable and room very clean. My sleep was not disturbed by any outside noise, remember you are in a city centre not an alpine village. Breakfast mixed but I liked the service. Would stay again if such excellent value for very convenient location.

I found the hotel staff welcoming, not overdone but just right to suit my mood. They were helpful in giving me directions . Definitely on my list of where to stay in Milan.

sound isolation of rooms is extremely bad. it is possible to hear every water drop from the tap of the neighbor room or any whispering in the corridor.

Photo’s are somewhat misleading. Furnishings are dated. Bathroom good size but shower is tiny and water pressure lacking. Most front desk staff were good, but one terrible, asked if WiFi was down he said another guest also commented but blamed our iPhones. WiFi was down at least 24 hours. Breakfast was good and fresh. But with no coffee machine in rooms, they should offer coffee in the lobby before the restaurant opens for those of us catching early tours. Heating in the rooms was also excessive, had to sleep w windows open & hear the trams. Lastly, the complimentary in room mini bar was appreciated, but please turn on the fridge they are stocked in or remove the fridge and offer on a shelf or cabinet. Offering warm drinks from a refrigerator is ridiculous.

We had.a lovely big room with a very comfortable bed, and great bathroom. The hotel is well located and a walkable distance to the train station. Breakfast is very good

First time in Milan. Hotel ideal location. 10 minute walk from Milan central train station. 2 min walk to subway which in turn is 3 stops from Duomo. Nice and quiet area (business district I think?)
Breakfast included. Plenty of seats for breakfast and variety : meats salads cereals fruit bacon eggs breads pastries etc…
Shower clean and powerful. Beds large and firm. Could have done with an extra pillow but apart from that very good.

We loved the hotel and the location. Close to the metro and right along some tram routes. The staff was very professional and helpful. The breakfast buffet was extensive and always well stocked. So happy that we booked here!

Very nice area. Friendly staff and good room. There was a noise in the room, sometimes from the fridge, sometimes from something else we could not locate. It did not prevent us from sleeping, but for some people it would. Breakfast not 4 star level, but still good.

The hotel was expensive
The ‘suite’ had a room which had a sofa and a wardrobe which was basically useless
There were no drawers
There were no toiletries - no bar of soap, no shampoo, no moisturisers - just 2 pump action dispensers
No tea or coffee making facility, no milk
The bar/ dining room was noisy and expensive for not very good quality food or drink
This hotel is not good value for money

Super small shower, slow WiFi, AC preset to a very warm temperature, restaurant staff are more interested in knowing your room number than on serving you. Would only stay here again as a very last resort.

Located close to Milana Centrale. 3stpps on tram. 7in to Metro station Republica. The only negatove thing is tiny shower cabin.

Good accommodation, no major problems. The Hotel read my requests before staying with me and were concerned about my experience.
I stayed in a renovated room, with good structure.
Reasonable breakfast. Unfortunately I couldn't find any clean cups to drink water from. Every one I tried to use was dirty, even though it was in the cleaning tray. I ordered a cappuccino and, amazingly, the spoon to stir the sugar was clearly used by another guest and dirty. This scared me a lot. The next day I avoided using objects that weren't discarded as much as possible.
Well served by public transport.

Older building and interior but really clean, comfortable bed, and friendly staff. We only stayed there for one night before our flight. The breakfast buffet was delicious!
