This is our second time staying at Hotel Indigo. The hotel it self is not bad at all. It’s walking distance to any where you want to go. My only complaint is that it was hard to get someone to give us hand towels, and around 2am they added a charge to my card and when I asked about it I couldn’t get a direct answer. Good thing my card declined that transaction doe to suspicious activity. Overall they stay was nice and so was the people that worked there

I went to this hotel by myself for an event at another hotel in order to save money.
I got a Queen bed room and it was small. For me, it was perfect since I spent most of my time outside of the hotel. If you're going with someone else, then it's cramped and there is no way you could fit 4 in that room.
The room was clean and housekeeping was provided daily.
The front desk was very nice. When I asked them questions, they were very informative and even remembered me when I came back in. One time when I had asked a question and it was raining outside the lady went to the office and provided me with a poncho. That was completely unexpected and exceptionally nice.
The attached restaurant had a very good breakfast; however, trying to get service at the bar was impossible and there were hardly any customers there.
The next time I go back to the French Quarter, then this is somewhere I'll make sure to check out.

Great hotel with VERY FRIENDLY staff. Wish they included breakfast. Room was nice and spacious. Staff very attentive to needs. Parking is $48 per night, wayyy too expensive!!! Close to canal street and all the thrills.

Reasonably priced, great location, close to attractions in French Quarter without being in the middle of the craziness, St. Charles Trolley stops in front of the hotel; clean, friendly staff, excellent breakfast.

Very nice room, with free breakfast. The only problem I had was that they kept my deposit and we definitely did not smoke in the room.

Great location, easy walk to WWII museum, Jackson square, French quarter. Lovely room - nicely appointed. Would love to stay here again

Loved our stay here! The property was very clean and clearly newly renovated. It’s steps from the Quarter and easier to have locals pick you up if you’re in town to see friends (as I was) than having a hotel on Canal or the Quarter. We had a truly awful hotel the next prior to this and walking into this property was truly a breath of fresh air.
The only oddities we noted for next time is that there is a very noisy vent fan that turns on with the bathroom light which made it hard to talk to others in the room while getting ready and was really annoying overall, and we had an adjoining room with strangers next door that were very loud and every time they were talking even at normal voices they sounded like they were standing in the room with us, it was creepy, especially at night. When we looked, there was a 1-2” gap under the door adjoining rooms- we could literally see into their room. Next time, we’ll be requesting a non-adjoining room because of this.

The property was really clean. Having requested a room with a roll-in shower, they were proactive in letting us know that a note was made on our reservation. Everyone was really nice and it was a very walkable location.

Property was easy to find. Room was very small. Reserved two queen beds but had two double beds. When arriving the room was 88 degrees. Had to call maintenance. Valet was slow. Waiting a half hour for our vehicle twice. Area was very noisy.

Perfectly located right next to the train station, surrounded by many delightful restaurants. What more could you ask for?
For being in a busy area, the walls were COMPLETELY soundproof, room service and housekeeping were attentive and on point with service. I would absolutely recommend this hotel for anyone coming to NOLA!!

The room was excellent.The hotel was exceptionally clean and staff very friendly. The down size was the room didn’t have a microwave and I never stayed at a hotel without a microwave in the room. Overall,I would definitely return to Indigo.

I enjoyed my stay here at Hotel Indigo. It was a very fair price for our stay, and we stayed the day after Mardi Gras. The in-hotel restaurant’s breakfast was so good! It is also a 5 minute walk to the French Quarter, so the location is great. The only downside to our stay was that our hotel room did not have a window.

Perfect location for Mardi Gras. Walkable to Canal, Bourbon and basically everywhere in the French Quarter. Ice machine on my floor wasnt working but that didn't stop the show. Just a slight inconvenience. Restaurant inside hotel is absolutely delicious. Definitely booking again.

This was the best choice for Mardi Gras because it was on the opposite side of Canal Street. You get the parade However, if you were taking a taxi during a parade, it wasn’t horrible cause you could actually get through because it’s not on the main parade route road. we loved every single bit of our stay because it was super clean. The staff was extremely friendly and it just was an overall great pick
