Although the hotel was under renovation, the staff was great and did everything they could to make the stay comfortable. Should make water available to guests. They charge $3.50 for a bottle of water.

When we arrived the hotel was in the middle of remodle. Fire alarm went off in the morning due to dust. The place was dusty.

Right when I entered the room I started sneezing which progressed into some kind of respiratory infection. House keeping keeps knocking at the door even after you’ve spoken with them. Very uncomfortable situation.

Woken up in the morning with extremely loud construction above my room. There was no water from 10am-5pm and there is nothing on the website and it wasn’t brought to my attention at check in.

I liked that it was pet-friendly, however, the fees for a pet are ridiculous. Our dog weighs 12 lbs., was not left at the hotel alone, did not bark, and did not mess in the hotel yet they charge a $75.00 pet fee plus a $100.00 pet cleaning fee. The room smelled very very musty and one of the towels had blood on it. Will not go back...staff were nice though.

My husband and I have stayed here somewhat frequently in the past. The location is great and within reasonable distance to excellent dining and shopping options. The rooms are always clean and comfortablly appointed. The breakfast buffet is always well stocked and delicious. The staff is amongst the most helpful and professional that I've come across. That being said, the toilet water pressure on the higher levels could be better...Also, during our most recent stay, the elevator and 6th floor were being renovated. We had no idea when we booked our reservation.

We visit family and stay here at least once a year. The staff, room and breakfast are great. Being an electric car owner from out of state I really wish they would install charging units. This would make it 5 stars for me.

Dirty and dated check in went smooth but if you are used to clean and modern hotels this is not it. Grouting in bathroom was atrociously dirty. Bathroom was so small with a bathtub that doesn’t drain properly. Just feels grimy and low quality. Ruined my birthday trip.

While the room, property, and staff were nice, my experience was probably the worst stay I've ever had at a hotel due to the noise. They have you sign a notice regarding being quiet after 11 p.m., but they don't enforce it. We were on the 1st floor and there were kids running around playing and screaming down the hallway until 8:30 pm and then parents/adults in the lobby just being loud until 1 am. I had to keep the TV on just to drown out the noise in an attempt to sleep and we had a morning to attend the next day.

The hotel was pet friendly as I had two tiny dogs with me but there were stains all over the carpet in the room (so much for charging a pet fee to deep clean). The TV did not work, the phone in the room did not work, the maintenance guy came and couldn't get anything working. The smoke alarm near the bed flashed all night long and as I was in the end room on the first floor it must have been near the mechanics for the pool or the elevator and there was a mechanical whirring sound going round and round all night long. It was a shabby dirty feel in this place. I complained on my way out and they refunded the pet fee but as I booked through Expedia they couldn't refund a greater amount, otherwise they would have. Do not recommend this place.

I sold my home and was in-between residents and wanted a stay cation type of situation and this location was all that and more. Ive stayed at some amazing hotels, Fontainebleau, Plaza, Marriott Marquee and i have to say this is the most pleasant and clean smelling from the moment you walk in the front door to the elevators and hallways absolutely amazing scented. My room was well apointed good storage large bed and very clean bathroom. Great AC. Super breakfast, and they have a bar with adult beverages plus a pool!!! Oh did I tell you I stayed 28 days.....didnt want to leave....everyone was very pleasent from the front desk to room staff....Id stay there again as my only choice.....

We stayed here while bringing our kids to Diggerland. 100% regret booking this hotel and would never stay again. The staff was friendly so nothing against them. But it is run down and not clean and I couldn’t wait to check out. The carpet had a lot of stains. The mattress covers had really gross stains. There was sticky, like dried up soda or something inside the fridge. Bathroom and vanity wasn’t very clean, more like it had a quick wipe down. I didn’t bother asking for a different room because it was clear that the entire hotel was not well kept.
