Just one night. Check in was simple. Room was updated and very clean. Would definitely stay again.

Beds are comfortable but hotel is older and worn looking. Shuttle stops running at midnight.

First of all, I want to say that the night shift front desk employee, Jaden, was awesome. He ensured our separate reservations were close by and was super kind when we got the the hotel close to midnight. However, the morning shift employee, Robin, was crabby and rude. Our room key was not working properly and we went to the front counter to ask if it could be rekeyed. She gave me a lecture about how they cannot be put anywhere close to phones, AirPods or any electronics. I had to go back a second time and ask for the same key to be rekeyed again, and she huffed/puffed a second time about my irresponsibility of “putting it near electronic devices” - I want to say that I did not have it near my phone at all. Then, around 11 when we were checking out of the hotel, she asked if I wanted a copy of the receipt. I said yes, I would, but wanted it emailed instead of printed. She said let me check what’s on file and then stated that my reservation was made through Expedia. I said no it wasn’t, so I asked what email is on file, to which she replied I don’t know since it came through Expedia. So, I gave her the one I preferred to receive it at. These interactions left me wanting to be unpleasant, but I was still kind despite her behavior. I think if she is the face of the hotel, she could do better. Especially to people who had not yet had coffee or food first thing in the morning. I work in customer service for a living and that is really unacceptable.

Horrible shower with water leaking out all over bathroom floor. Limited towels and very soft bed.

I liked the kind of throwback feel of the hotel without it looking old or dated. It was well maintained. I did not like that there was nothing surrounding the location but other hotels and a few businesses.

Nice stay. Quiet and clean. Roads in the area are a mess but the property was good.

Horel was nice. Comfortable rooms. The restaurant left room for improvement. No room.service but they will do rakeout orders. Dinner idems were okay.
Breakfast not impressed at all. It is not included in the room so we paid extra for it. My omelet had no flavor and was really just items mixed jnto scrambled eggs and folles in half w cheese. Husbands skilt was okay, but also lacked seasoning .

It was a late minute reservation due a flight being cancelled. The staff were friendly and helpful. The shuttle drivers were great. The hotel was very nice and quiet.

Service is amazing! And the food is very good at the restaurant. Rooms are a bit tired but beds are comfortable.

Airlines cancelled last flight of the evening causing 300 people to look for overnight accommodations. 11:30pm I booked this hotel and the airlines gave my husband a voucher for a different hotel. I immediately called the property and explained asking that it be canceled, not their problem and gave us Hotel's. Com number to call. Of course no human responded. I left a detailed explanation. Have not heard from you. I realize and appreciate that rules are needed. I also realize that exceptions can be made. When speaking directly to this property I told them they would have no problem renting this room, as rooms were difficult to find and several people slept at the airport who had looked for rooms.

Traveler type: Couple, 2 dogs, moving cross-country.
The stay here was very pleasant. We got in at 2am and were able to get out keys quickly. The hotel had a large parking lot that was well lit so we felt safe with all the things in our car. There were no issues overnight. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. There were some grassy areas around the hotel to walk the dogs with a bag dispenser and trash can.
