Tried several times to call desk in the middle of the night for WiFi code b/c I left my key sleeve with them. No answer. I had yo get dressed and go down the elevator. When someone saw movement, he came right out to help.

The room had water stains on the ceiling and the wallpaper was peeling in places. Bed was comfortable and the shower had hot water. They offer full maid service after 3 nights, so we requested that our room be cleaned. The bed looked great, but the area where we made coffee was not cleaned, nor were the 6 used, coffee mugs taken. No bar soap was left (We had 1 tiny bar for our 6 night stay), and the shampoo dispenser ran out of soap after day 3! Then, the elevator stranded us for a few minutes and wouldn’t open when we arrived at our floor. I pressed the floor button again and nothing, then I pressed a lower number and both floor numbers lit up. Eventually the doors opened but on the lower floor so we had to walk up to our room.

Hot tub was nice! The Front desk people were helpful with everything, including storing my luggage when the airline delivered it. The carpet needs to be repaired in a few places in the room I was in.
The only thing that I would have liked that that didn’t have was Herbal tea. (I do not use caffeine.) The young man at the desk went out of his way to search for it, but ti no avail. All the products they serve and have in the rooms are high quality. This was my third time there and I would stay there again.

Quick nights sleep. Bed comfortable and liked the pillows. I struggle with pillows, so that saying a lot. Staff kind and friendly. We did not eat.

We were stuck in the elevator four times and had to call for help. We were told the door sticks on the fourth floor. Unacceptable.
The shower curtain was torn, falling off the rod. Furnishings are very tired. Shower stream was good. No service to empty trash or change the towels.
Heating/ac doesn't work well.
Towels were a good size.
I would not stary here again until they do a total update.

My family would definitely stay here again! Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Clean lobby, pool area, and room!

Check-in staff consisted of two very rude young ladies. The one checking us in acted like she was too busy sipping her latte to check us in. She then said the king room I booked wasn’t available so she put us in a queen and it wasn’t refundable so I had no choice. She said she was doing it for the same price so I’ll be fine. What? A cheaper room for the same price as the one I booked? Like she was doing me a favor. I should’ve refused but was exhausted. To make matters worse, it was at the top of the stairs with kids running and screaming until very late. Our window was tiny and all we could see was the gravel on the roof. Had to be the worst room in the hotel. The other check-in gal didn’t even get out of her seat leaning on her hand while checking in a very nice lady. All she did was grunt and say three word sentences to the guest. The room was clean but warm. AC fan didn’t work. Breakfast was fine.

The stay was fine with the exception of the TV by the bed kept rebooting the direct tv connection. Quite annoying. We did not call the office as we had already gotten into our might clothes when we had the trouble.

I always love this hotel! Clean rooms with everything I need.

The hotel is quiet and very comfortable. They have the basic amenities you would expect from a hotel. The only suggestion is that I would like a free breakfast instead of having to pay for it.

Such a nice and comfortable room. The staff remembered us from 6 months ago and went out of their way to help me find a charger. The breakfast was awesome.

We frequently visit Fort Collins and staying at the Cambria Hotel is the next best thing to "home" for our family. We wouldn't even consider staying anywhere else! The rooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful, there is always hot coffee available, and the food they prepare is excellent. And of course, our stay wouldn't be complete without ending the day with a nice soak in the hot tub and swim in the pool!

The room and lobby area were super clean and loved the room. CONS: The hot tub was over chlorinated, there was little to no water pressure so the toilet in the room didn’t flush very well and both the restaurant and bar were closed on New Year’s Eve. I can understand closing on New Year’s Day but not the eve. That’s the main reason we selected this hotel over others was for the restaurant and bar and both were not available.

The front desk person who checked me in wasn't unfriendly but he also wasn't friendly or welcoming.
The front desk person at the nearby Holiday Inn Express was much more friendly and helpful when he gave me directions to the Cambria Hotel

The hotel was excellent! I was especially impressed with the wrapping table which I had never seen anywhere else.

Our room was clean and comfortable, my only complaint would be that if you book a room and plan on use the pull out bed on the couch whoever plans on sleeping on isn’t going to be comfortable, my teenage daughter that can sleep on a hard floor with out complaining couldn’t even sleep on this bed that had a mattress that was worn out and uncomfortable.

A bit of a disappointment. This review can be summed up by saying the property is deteriorating. Upon walking the hallway to the room and surveying the room it was very apparent that the construction of the hotel was budget friendly. Multiple wall repairs were poorly done on cheaply done walls, the furniture was worn, the wood stain / paint was peeling off the shelving, the blinds were torn and the bedding looked cheap. The tv stand was cheap looking and needed to be replaced and the lighting was outdated. The TVs in the room were cheap (not good pictures and not even smart). The carpet is dark presumably to hide the dirtiness of it so they can get away with cleaning it less often. The floors creaked everywhere we walked. The elevator button was broken. The hot tub was out of service and the pool is very small. Probably shouldn’t have used the pool as I’m guessing the upkeep on it isn’t great considering how many other issues there are on the property. Half the machines in the workout area didn’t work and the TV in the gym didn’t work either. The property is just very overlooked and not well managed. Upkeep is nonexistent. To top it off, we were told there were no late checkouts on a Sunday and at 11:59 we got a call to make sure we were out of the room. Needless to say, we won’t be staying here again.

A great quiet place. The bed was comfortable and the room was big with a nice divided living room area. Very comfortable.

The A/C Heat did not work in one room. They moved me to another room and that A/C did not work to the thermostat.
Room faced the road and was very noisy late at night.
Sink faucet was loose

Supposed to be two beds. One bed and fold out. Booking showed 2 beds in room. Misleading!

First time staying at Cambria Hotel. It was outstanding from check-in to departure. Friendly staff, clean throughout, comfortable beds.Great location.
For the quality of hotel, rates were outstanding. Would definitely stay at this property again.

It was very clean and orderly. Check in went very smoothly. The disappointment is a result of the hot tub being unavailable because it was broke down. Most places we stay have more than one tub. Hint….hint.

Very clean, nice place. Near plenty of dining options. Nice part of town.

Mostly good, patio area was great for our large group of friends. The elevator service was spotty, and one handicapped person was in a room on the forth floor which was a problem with a problematic elevator.. the hotel did help her out with her bill to compensate for the inconvience.

Was there for a funeral... there were issues with the elevators not working and having to be reset so took the stairs mostly and I was on the third floor.
Other than the elevator issues everything else was fine.

The elevators broke down as we were preparing to check out and had to carry our luggage down 4 flights of stairs.

This was a last minute trip for a granddaughters birthday, checking prices, this was one of the cheapest rooms. Glad we chose it! The room was not only VERY comfy, but the fellow at the front desk went above and beyond helping us at every need. Don't remember his name, but will remember his face. We will be back. Thanks so much for a great stay.

Did not like that they only had three outlets in the lobby area and those were on the floor creating a tripping hazard when used. Some tables and bench seats had outlets which would have been awesome, but sadly none of these worked/were plugged into power. Difficult to work on a laptop in the lobby when there are no power outlets. Rest of the hotel was pretty nice. Could have been cleaner and could have been maintained better but overall satisfactory.
