The fact that is a Small hotel makes its perfect. The area is close to literally everything we were able to go to Rome, Pisa and Venice from the train station ay 10 minute from the Hotel staff was polite and professional it was nice every morning say ho to Leone (small chihuahua) next visit definitely we stay here again 🫡 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The location is excellent, and there are plenty of good restaurants nearby, and it is convenient to go everywhere. The room was clean and comfortable enough to stay in, and the staff are friendly, but nothing exceptional. When we stayed, there was construction work going on upstairs and it was very noisy from around 8am, which was disappointing. I thought it would be better if there was an electric kettle in the room to drink hot tea.

You cannot get closer to the Duomo. Great Service. We will definitely stay with them again. Also centrally located so it was easy to pop in and out throughout the day while sightseeing.

This was an extremely small room for the deluxe room and the balcony advertised was unaccessible. There wasn't even enough room to open your luggage as there is barely enough room to walk around the bed. Location is very convenient to the Duomo, but it was very loud all the time including outside and inside noises. We could hear people in the next room snoring and everything that was said in the lobby as well as the renovation crew working on the Duomo.The bed was very uncomfortable and hard. Housekeeping came every day and took towels etc but didn't replace many things including the paper cup in the bathroom and towels. I will definitely find a different accomodations for future trips to Florence.

Location of the hotel is excellent- our room looked directly on the Duomo. Even though we were directly on a busy Piazza, our room was pretty soundproof. Staff was friendly.

Entrance smelled horrible. Elevator to hotel was tiny and smelled. Room was small. Black mold all over bathroom. Shower leaked all over floor. Patio smelled like sewer, couldn’t even use it. Young woman working at the front counter was kind and helpful, so that was the only positive. Had to leave hotel room key with front desk everytime you leave which was annoying.

Our room with a view at Hotel Duomo was fabulous! The staff and level of service was incredible! It felt very posh. I highly recommend it. It exceeded expectations. The restaurant recommendations were spot on. Breakfast was well worth it.

The location of this hotel is the only thing that I was happy with. The Service was OK until I discovered they only give you one bath towel per day. I have stayed all over the world in hotels. Every hotel gives you 2 to 3 bath towels per day. The first day I asked for an extra towel no problem, the second day I asked for a towel, no problem the third day I asked for a towel the front desk person said the manager stated I couldn’t have any more towels. This is ridiculous. You should always have two towels in every bathroom in a hotel. Very disappointing.

Without question, the hotel staff were the nicest and most accommodating of our entire trip. Location is walkable to virtually anything you want to do. Breakfast buffet is excellent. We will stay here again when we return to Florence.

this place was amazing! My mom and I stayed here last week and we loved every second of it, I wish I had stayed longer than just one night! The staff was amazing, the location was amazing, the breakfast was amazing, there was even a little hotel dog that was enjoyable to hang out with. I highly recommend this, if you were looking for a great location, a great stop and ground as you travel around, Florence, and a great view. My only complaint would be that in a room with one queen, bed, and one twin bed, the one twin bed was more like a car with a very thick bar in it. It was relatively uncomfortable to sleep on, but besides that all the conditions were great and my mom truly love the view, thanks for making it such a great experience for us!

Amazing location right next to the Duomo. Staff was knowledgeable and very friendly. We had some difficulty with lost luggage in our travels and one staff member went out of her way to help. Breakfast was excellent.
