Our stay was good, room and bathroom were clean, kids loved the pool. Hotel just needs a lot of work, things gone unrepaired, things that need replacing, repairing, renovating, rusty parts, just needs a lot of work. Staff was excellent, friendly and helpful from giving us an early check in, milk in the morn before the restaurant opened etc. They were cheerful and friendly. Towels refreshed constantly at the pool. They were really good.

Upon arrival the girl at front desk who checked us in was very sweet and helpful. Once we arrived to our room it smelled so bad of urine our eyes were watering, my husband went to front desk and shortly after someone from housekeeping came and sprayed the carpet a bit with a sanitizer spray. We ordered from the restaurant and the food was okay, we tried to get room service but they rudely asked us to come pick it up. We brought our kids to the pool and the chlorine was so strong we couldn’t stay for very long which was disappointing as it was the whole reason we booked there. The next morning our toilet wouldn’t flush and started backing up, the whole time we stayed there it was not flushing well so we tried to just not use it. After telling the front desk someone came and just left a plunger at our door which really didn’t help anything as that wasn’t the issue. The toilet then was overflowing while my husband tried to fix it with the plunger anyways. We were told someone would come drop off towels and that someone else would come fix the toilet, they never came. We checked out hours early, the two men at front desk didn’t ask any questions just signed us out.

We stayed in the 100’s rooms on the main level. Room was old, extremely stale smoke odor. Kind of gross to be honest. The hotel location was convenient. It is what it is

My room smelt like cigarette smoke so bad and the ceiling fan in that bathroom made nose all night we had to sleep with the bathroom doors closed I will not be staying at this hotel again

So there’s no towels at the pool. I asked at 7 pm for towels. And my son asked at 8 for towels and my daughter asked at 8:30 for towels. We were each told there’s no towels for the pool area. That they are out of towels for the rest of the day. That’s very poor treatment of people who are paying to stay at a hotel/inn.

Private security started to knock on everyones door 1 minute after midnight to say quiet down. It's new years eve. That was disappointing. My group wasn't being loud. Pool was good. Check in was rather disorganized.

Hotel is what it is, mid range. What lowers our rating is the fairly dingy room that absolutely reeked of sweaty feet (we left the windows open to freeze the smell out) , smokers one step out of every door, the pool is frigid (like the previous time we stayed here) and literally never any towels the 4 times we were at the pool during our stay. We called front desk from the pool (who never answered on the first call) and only once were towels brought to the pool. We resorted to going and getting our cold damp towels from our room. Restaurant and servers there were 10/10. Will probably choose a different hotel the next time we are in the city.

Our room had a smell of sewer, At check in was refused a top floor given an older room on the first floor and had to keep the bathroom room door closed and fan on due to severe sewer smell

The hotel staff were all very nice, the hot tub definitely looked like It needed a cleaning and the rooms had a few things broken or not the cleanest. The air conditioner was broken in one room, the leg of the table was broken so a little more up keep and it would have been excellent.

We stayed here for my nieces birthday, we notified the staff ahead of time and they went above and beyond by decorating her room. The put us in adjoining rooms without needing to ask to make our stay super convenient. They were one step ahead of us the entire time!
