It's a great place to stay in Milan. It's near touristic places, metro and train stations. There are lots of places to eat nearby and also a good grocery store. Giulio is very kind and helpful.

The property was nicely remodeled to provide all contemporary amenities like elevator, AC, shower, bidet, etc. Walls and ceiling were painted a la old Italian masters, it was very nice touch and made good impression.

We stayed for two nights. Bathroom was very nice and clean. Bed was ok but general cleaning could have been better. Dust on several places, top of cable channels, around window etc. The reception manager was very friendly and helpful, he suggested places to visit and eat. We got good advice. I do recomment to stay here, good location for a trip to Milano, would not recommend to be more than one pair in this apartment.

Stay was great. Pillow was a bit rubbish and the bed was very firm. Otherwise a great place to stay. Very handy for lots of places.

Locanda is beautiful. Our train was delayed so we arrived well after the witching hour of 7pm, but our host was sympathetic. Unfortunately we had to leave first thing in the morning so we couldn't try the breakfast. The place is not easy to find - especially in the dark. It's round a corner in Melzo St and you probably need a mobile to get in. For the tiny minority of s who are mobile free zones, life becomes increasingly more difficult...

Wonderful B&B - furnished with great attention to details. Excellent location in the area of Porta Venezia, easy check-in and check-out, owner is very welcoming. The accommodation is highly recommended for a city trip to Milano.

Nice place. There were quite big works outise just in front of the housing. It was not a problem for me as I had to wake up early every days because of my conference, but it should have been a problem for other people (it would have been great to inform people beforehand)

While a bit difficult to find, this hotel suited us very well. The host offered excellent suggestions for dining and shopping.

Very clean rooms and management was top of the line

La Locanda del Pino is a B&B located in a nice area of Milan, surrounded by some beautiful residencial buildings; Viennese style (?). The furniture resembles italian antique. My room was big, well furnished, and the private bathroom was also large. Some toiletry is provided. The room is kept clean, daily. The room has a very conveniente expresso machine, with cartridges, and otker breakfast items are provided. In case of needed help, Giulio is at the front desk. Most of the time. Subway station: Porta Venezia at less tnan 5 min walking.

Really recommended place!!! Knowing Giulio is already worth the visit to this locanda... Absolute top host!! The building is beautiful by itself and the rooms are very originally laid out and decorated. Those paintings on the ceilings are simply superb. Beds are really comfy which is a pleasant surprise. Summarising... Well worth staying here when visiting Milan.

Property is located at a premium location. One can reach in 10 mnts from Milano Centrale via Metro. There are multiple restaurants at walking distance. Duomo and Via MonteNapolione are 10 mnts walk from the property. It's a vintage property nicely done with all facilities. Most importantly the host Giulio is a fantastic host. He is super helpful and responsive. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this place in Milan. I was travelling with my wife so this place is very couple friendly.

Loved Julius? at the front desk!! He was so accommodating and helpful, met us by name outside and had info & recommendations for the area. Very comfortable beds, would stay here again.

I loved my stay at La Locanda. Easy to find, close to lots of food and transit options, and the interior is really cool. Giulio was really efficient in assisting me with checking in and super kind in greeting me when I arrived and helping me find my way around. I'd definitely stay here again and I recommend others to do the same.

Excellent staff and location!

Great location and with extra space in rooms, however, the best part was Giuglio, he is a rockstar and very helpful and kind, it was a great place to stay.

The property was in a good area, not too far from center, making a nice walk. Guido our host was very helpful and kind. He gave us great tips about the city and things to do and also left us check out late. The room was pretty big and there was coffee and snacks.

The BnB was in a great location, close to the city center and within walking distance of underground stations and tram stops. Giulio was incredibly welcoming and helpful

Lack of breakfast for a b & b was surprising and disappointing. Too removed and hard to find.

Overall wonderful experience. Giulio was wonderful and very friendly and accommodating. The one thing I wish I had known was that there is a fee for a check-in after 7:30 pm. Perhaps it was in the fine print. However I do not regret staying here—it is quaint and a perfect location. I would stay here again.

A great B&B! More like a 3-4 star hotel really. The host was most helpful an welcoming at arrival and during the stay. The rooms were large and clean and decorate in typical Italian artefacts. This B&B is in a convenient location, and the room was clean, but that's about all I can say for it, given the price point. You can do better, in Milan, for how much this place costs. Most crucial: it's basically a 4 or 5 room pod hotel--there technically are windows, but they have an opaque glazing and so admit little to no natural light, and you can't see out of them. The owner was friendly, but most of the time there is no employee on premises (except for one afternoon, when there was a cluster of young people at the front desk for several hours. Did they work there? I don't know. They didn't greet us as we squeezed past them through the narrow entry way). When it was time to check out, there were no employees around. We finally had to text the owner to find out where to leave our keys. There isn't the security or peace of mind of a hotel, or the comfort of staying in an actual apartment through airbnb. If this bnb cost 50 euros a night, that would be one thing--but it's way overpriced for the space and experience on offer.

The hotel is bed and breakfast. There is noone there past 1 pm. TV impossible to operate. Room for one person extremely small. Has basement feel with small windows. Bathroom is weird and hard to navigate. Overpriced .
