Very clean. Included everything one needs for cooking. Great location. Restaurants, points of interest, shopping, all nearby. Felt very safe.

We stayed in a suite for family and it was great. It's clean and comfortable. Four beds are enough for 6 people and the living room is spacious. Though we went there on April, which is not a busy season, the price is still pretty good.

This was an amazing place to stay as a couple with a young child. It was wonderful to have two separate bedrooms (real rooms - with doors), blackout shades for naptime, and a fully equipped kitchen. The location was perfect - a long uphill climb from the train station, but with great views and easily walkable wherever you want to go. Some other reviews mentioned noise and I did hear it - both from the street and people on the floor above. My son kept asking why there were booms above us. We had a noise machine for our son and I also ran white noise on my phone at night for us too. I thought the shower's hot water wasn't adequate before finding the child safety button on the controls that let it actually get as hot as I like. We wish we had stayed longer!

Spectacular location, very clean pleasant suite, perfect for our party (2 couples), long term parking very close by, ease of access and multiple restaurants and shops all around.. will definitely recommend to friends. Suggested they supply coffee filters, paper towels, dish soap but other than those, an excellent stay.

In a good area and the apartment is impressive until you look closely or stay there. Horribly sound proofed against street noise. You can hear every car go by and muffled outdoor conversations. The TV must be from year 2001; can barely load Netflix and has no way for iPhones or Google phones to connect. What really runs salt in the wound is that they advertise a coffee machine/full kitchen but there's no coffee in the loft. Even a cheap less than 100$/night hotel provides complimentary coffee. For a relatively high nightly cost, these problems shouldn't be included. Won't stay there again.

This was a wonderful large studio apartment. right in Old Quebec City across from the Chateau Frontenac. It was well appointed and I am sure much more comfortable than the Chateau. We greatly enjoyed our stay. We had a little trouble finding it since it wasn't on a street one can drive on.

What a great location in the heart of historic Quebec City, literally at the center of it all. And the accommodations are superb, modern, clean, and well-maintained. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to explore Quebec.

Beautiful setting and apartment. Rooftop terrace has the best view in town. However, even if you call the office they don’t care about your request and just ignore them. We had a smoke alarm beep ALL the time; we called twice being told they were on their way; it turned out not to be true. We didn’t sleep. Very disapointing.

Excellent stay!

The place is really nice and spotless but the parking situation is not fun when you travel with luggage and lots of work stuff. Parking is at public parking and I could not find one Thursday night coming back from my meetings. I just left.
Kitchen is equipped with the minimum only; which is okay if you are not cooking anything.
Bed and pillow were horrible.
I've stayed at other Les Lofts before and it was incredible. This one was not unfortunately.

Overall, we loved this place! Clean and nice interior room is located in central Quebec city, easy access to anywhere. Recommend this place for any visitors.
A few of cons are 1) this place asked to provide ID info or credit card info for deposit through unsecured communications (e.g. e-mail, text message, and/or over-phone) if we book non-directly (e.g. via Expedia) even if we prepaid (and I didn't have a local phone number to contact), and 2) TV was not working due to 2-a) network, and 2-b) cable not connected.

The Lofts were beautiful, accessible, in the best location and very comfortable. Having all the amenities and space to stretch out after a day of touring was excellent. Check in and out was really easy and the communication was always quick if I had a question or comment.

The loft was very clean and quiet and VERY centrally located. It accomodated our family of 4 perfectly. We will definitely be back.

We booked a 2-bedroom loft and were quickly disappointed by a non-cooling AC in the living room and a lack of windows leading no fresh air in both bedrooms, creating an oppressive atmosphere.
Getting a decent night's sleep was a big challenge - a real nightmare!!!
When we expressed our concerns about the AC, the host was indifferent and not cooperative.
Consequently, we were forced to seek comfort in a nearby hotel.
To make matters worse, the host declined to refund our unused night. It's baffling how such an expensive loft can lack basic comforts and good customer service.
Think twice before choosing this place.

It was a great space in the best location! Felt safe and clean. Right in the middle of the old city, just minutes to the Old Port, Chateau Frontenac and the Notre Dame is next door. Loved staying here!

Love the location of the property once I found it. They could do a much better job of telling you how to find the place. It would have been nice to know that the entryway is an old alley/sidewalk area.

The location was superb. After extensive walking in the upper and lower sections of Old QC, there is no where else that I would consider a better location. The studio T403 was large. airy and very comfortable for two. It was very new. The rooftop terrace afforded amazing views of the St Lawrence River, the Chateau Frontenac and other skyline buildings. I would rebook here in a heartbeat.

This was a very cool space to be in, fully appointed with kitchen etc. And you walk straight out into Old Quebec shopping streets....the Chateau is steps away! Loved it!

My mom and I took a girls trip to Quebec City and this was the absolute BEST spot! It’s incredibly convenient, safe, clean, and comfortable. The shower is amazing as well! We only stayed three nights; I see a longer trip at this loft in the future! Book it!

DO NOT STAY HERE. The cigarette smoke in the room was so bad that it made us sick. As soon as we walked in we were hit with such a strong smell, clearly someone had been smoking (a lot!) in the room prior to our stay. We called immediately and asked to be moved but they were full and couldn't move us and they asked us to tough it out for the night and they would send someone in the morning to clean it out. We woke up literally sick from the smoke smell. NO ONE EVER CAME TO AIR OUT AND CLEAN THE ROOM. We suffered the entire stay, and when we came home asked for some kind of compensation and they did nothing. They said without evidence, it was tough on us. I said how could they know whether or not it smelled if they never sent anyone. I guess they were suggesting that we got there at 10pm after an incredibly long ride and just decided to fabricate a story. We came home with our luggage and clothing absolutely REEKING of cigarette smoke. We had to dry clean coats and air out luggage outside.
While I do understand that it is not their fault that someone smoked in the room, there lack of response is absolutely their fault and not acceptable at all. You can't guarantee a smoke free room and not deliver and not do anything about it. I have stayed at roadside motels with much better service and resolution to problems.
I am sure they will respond with some absurd, fake comment, but I can assure you that this is how the situation unfolded.

We stayed here for 4 nights. Not only is the loft beautiful, it is in the perfect location in Quebec City. Clean, stylish. Easy walk to everything. Close by is an information centre that is well staffed. Love this property!

Stayed there for a couple of nights, really liked the loft. Allowed to to it slow in the morning, enjoy breakfast and coffee without having to go out and eating on proper table. Also enjoyed drink on rooftop patio in the late afternoon sunshine, great view! Parking was nearby, recommend parking at the hotel de ville parking lot, pick one of the top levels to minimize having walk up the stairs with luggage and come out at same level as hotel. If you use google to navigate your way to the loft, make sure to google “Loft to Tresor” and not the address as the address on google takes you to the opposite end of the street…. That threw us for a bit of a loop.

Great location for a family of 5 trip. Extremely clean and comfortable. Roofdeck was a hit as well for enjoying Gelatos at night.

Can not beat the location. The apartment was wonderful and clean. Beds were okay, surprisingly quiet considering prime location.
No parking info provided but google maps was useful for this - the nearby Jardin SPAQ was the best.
Would have been nice to have coffee or tea provided.

Our hotel room was clean and the property has an excellent location. However, there is no staff on property-you need to make a phone call, send an email or text to ask a question. The (small-sized) bed was uncomfortable--mattress only, no foundation (box springs). The mattress sits on a wooden board. The bathroom light was dim yellow. Yes, there is a coffee maker but you need to bring your own filters and blends. It would have been real nice if the staff had let us know that the Pope was in town the day we arrived! Streets were blocked off, hard to locate the hotel and the parking garage. And forget the maps and directions that the staff sends in advance on your trip. You cannot drive up to the front door and drop off your bags because the hotel is located down an alley way. Park at City Hall and walk with your bags to the property. For reference, if you are in front of the Hotel Frontenac staring down the hill, you will see a red-roofed auberge. The hotel is down the alley to the left of that building! The parking is one block yet again to the left of that alley and down one block. Like I said, clean and centrally located. Period.

These guys are total incompetent. I would stay away from their properties.

We really wanted to love this place as it's in a great location in the heart of Old Town Quebec City. Unfortunately, the following issues occurred during our 4-night stay. (1) Upon check-in, the door code did not work & the hotel staff is not on-site, so we were on the phone with them for nearly 30 minutes attempting to access the room. Ultimately, we were unable to use the provided code & needed to use a physical key located in a lockbox to access the room. (2) On our first morning, we had no water in the room. We contacted the hotel & were informed that construction in the area meant no water for the day. They apologized for not notifying us in advance. (3) Although the loft is beautiful & the location is great, there are a couple of maintenance issues that require immediate attention: an extremely slow bathroom sink that did not budge & excessive mold in the washing machine. Because we are traveling for several months, we chose a place that had a washer/dryer, but given the extent of the mold, we considered the machine unusable. Finally, there is no on-site parking. The parking garage is about a 5-minute walk from the unit, but requires wheeling luggage over cobblestone streets, & construction in the area further complicated this endeavor. Having said all of this, the studio is very beautiful and in a safe/walkable location, with a comfortable bed, a very nice view, great shower, clean refrigerator, & lots to recommend it (as long as the above items are addressed).
