Seamless checking in. We arrived early which luggage can be stored at their office until 4pm. Clean loft, good location with walking distance to Old Quebec. Highly recommended

Convenient and roomy..nice place

Great location, great property. Communication leading up to stay and during check-in was lacking. Almost had to find other arrangements last minute when they had not processed my security deposit and never provided me a check in code as their policy states. My only complaint is their policy of not running the deposit until 3pm the day of checkin and then sending instructions for check-in. When they make a mistake it can be stressful. Thankfully they were able to resolve in time. Once we got into the property the location, amenities of the unit, etc were fabulous!

The check is was awful. No code. Said system was down.

Youssef, the property manager, was very professional and helpful in guiding us through the check-in and giving us great information on the local scene. There was a communication problem with getting the access code, but that was resolved quickly. It’s proximity to shopping and restaurants made Les Lofts St-Pierre an excellent place to stay, especially when using the hop-on, hop-off buses to explore the city. (Stop #3 was right next door!) Also it is within walking distance to the cruise port and Palace Royale. Our biggest complaint was that the bathroom, although nicely appointed, was small and needed more space to hang towels and a place to set things down.The rest of the condo could have had a mirror here or there to help make getting ready to go out a bit easier for three women waiting to use the one bathroom mirror.

Lovely historic property and was the perfect location to stay in to walk to all the main tourists shops, restaurants, Quartier du Petit Champlain and the historic Fairmont Le Château Frontenac! Great views from the Fairmont and La Citadelle de Québec over to the St Lawrence River. Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath loft apartment was really nice, but we would not have stayed here had I known that there is no privacy because there are no shades in the lofts ceiling high windows, it’s like being in a fish bowl to the building directly across the street! The kitchen had everything needed, but there was no laundry detergent.There was only one tv provided in the loft! Loved being able to watch Netflix using our account. The building was very quiet during our stay, and we never saw the other guests. Instructions for checking in wasn’t provided until 2 hours before checking in time, so I had to stop driving and get off of the freeway to check my email for instructions and provide my credit card number before I was given the information about how the self-check-in process is done with access codes to get in the building then to your particular loft. Why that couldn’t be taken care with the property the morning of our arrival or the day before? We found safe self-parking surface parking lot around the corner, about two blocks away for $20 for 24 hour parking. We were able to park across the street from our building for an hour so we could unload our luggage before going to park in that lot.

Very nice. Very clean. Spacious. Climate control a little weird: baseboard heaters and mini split a/C's. They were fighting (, both on,) when we arrived, but we quickly figured out which thermostat controlled what (there are a dozen+). Appreciated the free washer dryer and Internet. Coffee maker is a 12 cup basket type. Renter must supply in own coffee, but filters were provided. Suite 109.

Absolutely loved Vieux Quebec and the convenience of having a modern, well-appointed loft apartment like this one. Could have used a bit more clarification around parking and check-out instructions, but on the whole, highly recommend!

My wife and I stayed at the Loft St-Pierre for 3 nights. The loft was nice and well appointed. We wish that some coffee ground would have been included as a starter but guess it`s a minor detail. Great location right at the base of Le Petit Champlain with parking space nearby. If you intend to use the kitchen for some cooking, it`s very basic and there is no grocery store close by. We had a good time and will use Les Lofts du Vieux Québec again.

Parking was a challenge , I didnt like the parking ticket that I recieved ... My fault. The loft was great , very clean and quiet ! I wish we were able to stay longer

Internet was very inconsistent… Exceptionally great location, beautiful rooms.

The property was very well located. Had some hiccups getting the door codes. The property wanted an additional paid deposit prior to giving the codes. The apartment was reasonably clean but there were definitely spiderwebs and dust.

It was located close to Place Royal. The kitchen was well equipped but the fridge was not properly cleaned inside. The bed sheets were clean but looked old and the bed mattresses were not in best conditions. The parking place was close to the loft.

The great location. There is a parking garage in 2 min walking distance (18 CAD per day).17 min walking distance to the upper town. 10 min walking distance to the cruise by boat. The only concern - not enough cups and plates, glasses. I would definitely recommend the Loft for staying.

Great location to explore Old Quebec City - easy access to petit champlain, Place de Royale, and Chateau Frontenac. But the bedrooms are all upstairs, and we have to leave our bags downstairs and take whatever we needed. Great kitchen facilities with cooking tools, and have washing machine and dryer.

Great location and lovely set-up. Lots of towels and possibility of doing laundry were nice features. Was surprised and somewhat disappointed not to have some coffee and milk provided in the very well equipped kitchen.

Amazing location!

The biggest thing for us is the room we booked is differ with the pictures showing on Expedia, this is a kind of deep disappoint when we opened the door and entered the room, also we have 300 dollar has been deducted from bank account that we don't know the reason at all.

Very nice and clean. We stayed at SP105 which has 2 beds (upstairs) and 1.5 baths (the 1/2 bathroom downstairs). Check in was a breeze. I was a bit concerned about not having staff in the building when I arrive (or in general) but everything worked out fine. The washer and dryer within the unit came very handy, but I wish they would have detergent (we have to get our own). The location is excellent is as well, and the old town is within very comfortable walking distance and we can easily head back for a short break during our day. The building does not have it's own parking, but the closest parking is really close (just a block away). I was super pleased selecting this location (I've considered the St-Joseph and St-Roch location as well which is at downtown) but this location is much closer and more accessible to the main tourist attraction. Only caveat to staying here is that it is no so convenient for folks who don't like stairs (not handicap accessible), and while the area is extremely safe, I felt a bit uneasy that the entrance doors don't have a manual lock that you have normally have at a hotel door to have a piece of mind that no one could enter easily while you are inside the loft. But otherwise it is an excellent choice for someone looking for comfortable stay and reasonable price while touring Old Town.

The property is nice if it was well kept. Bathroom sink was not draining/ kettle broken/ very dusty. The apartment had a bad fishy ordour. We complained and they did nothing about it and said they would talk to house keeping and correct for the next renters. Also they charged us for parking where we also paid directly with Indigo parking. we complained- they credited us and days later charged us again. I sent them an email and no response. Horrible customer service.

An absolutely fabulous place to stay. Lovely, modern, clean, quiet, near the waterfront, great restaurants and shops around. Quiet and absolutely everything you need and more. We can’t say enough good things. This will now be our go-to place when we’re in Quebec City.

Very nice and clean apartment. Close to everything. The parking was $18 a day which was steps away. Most of the attractions were just a walk away. The only reason for not giving the apartment a 5* would be because there was a terrible smell as soon as you enter the apartment. The toilet downstairs was clogged due to which the washing machine water speed was also compromised. All of that caused a disgusting smell. I informed the hotel and asked for a simple air freshener but nobody responded. It worked out for me as we were mostly out of the apartment and used the upstairs door instead. Everything else was good.

The location of the property was very convenient. The check in went smoothly. The unit was clean but it smelled like sewage. You could smell it as soon as you walked in. I sent two emails stating my concern but still have not heard back from the management. I chose to communicate through email as that is how they communicate through the whole process. I probably won't be staying there again which is a shame as the property came highly recommended to me from a friend.

The place is beautiful. Everything was so clean and is very close to everything
