About this condo rental

Located in Genoa, this lovely condo for R 2,815 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Prestigious apartment with vaulted ceilings in the central Via Garibaldi in Genoa, surrounded by magnificent palaces of the Genoese aristocracy. The apartment is located on the first floor of one of the beautiful Rolli Palaces, buildings from the 16th-17th centuries declared UNESCO heritage. The living area consists of a living room, furnished with two sofas, an armchair, a table, a TV and a desk, and a large and bright kitchen with a dining table, fully equipped with a microwave, a dishwasher, an oven, a kettle and an espresso coffee machine. The sleeping area includes three bedrooms, the first one featuring a French bed, a TV, an armchair and a sofa, the second one with a queen-size bed, a dresser and an armchair, the third one with a double sofa bed. A bathroom with a shower and one with a bathtub complete the layout. At guests' disposal amenities such as free wi-fi, washing machine, iron and heating. Upon request, guests can park a car (max width 175 cm) in the garage inside the property, at an extra cost of €10 per night. We also offer to our guests truly authentic experiences to live like a local. Genoa, well-known port city and capital of Liguria region, is historically known for its important role in maritime trade over the past centuries. Known as one of the most extensive medieval historical centers in Europe, the heart of Genoa is a maze of alleys that unexpectedly open up into small squares, often related, like the churches overlooking them, to important noble families. The spirit of Genoa lies in the alleys, where different smells, tastes, languages ​​and cultures perfectly blend in. In the historical center is the Cathedral of San Lorenzo, in Romanesque style with a black and white striped façade and frescoed interiors. Narrow streets lead to monumental squares such as the Piazza de Ferrari, with its characteristic bronze fountain, and the Carlo Felice opera house. The Genoa aquarium, the largest in Europe, is unmissable and iconic. The exhibition itinerary shows more than 70 environments and about 12,000 specimens of 600 species, coming from all the seas of the world. An unforgettable experience for young and old, which will fill your heart with emotions and a deeper respect for the sea and its extraordinary inhabitants. Not to be missed is Genoa’s culinary tradition, with its iconic basil pesto, famous all over the world, and the “focaccia”, which can be either salted and topped with olives, onion and tomato, or even sweet and stuffed. The accommodation is 9,5 km from Genoa airport and 1,2 km from Genoa Principe train station.
