Place def needs so fixing yet the unit was everything. ! Walk out right to the beach or pool! Pool has a bar yoo! How convenient! Kelly even provided us with a small cooler and that was pretty nice of her ! Thank you for your quickness and politeness! You made miami a welcoming place!

The place is located so well - restaurant/bar was convenient, cut thru to beach was great. We had some issues with the TV but owner took care of it for us.

We have rented a number of units through VRBO. They have all been wonderful. This unit was such a disappointment and the pictures did NOT represent what the unit was actually like, and I would NEVER recommend this unit to anyone. Don't waste your money renting like we did. We arrived and discovered the the toilet in the master bathroom would not shut off. After the maintenance people came twice, it would still NOT stop running so I shut off the water and we could not use the toilet in the master bathroom the rest of week. The water and ice machine in the refrigerator did NOT work. The microwave above the stove did NOT work, The TV in the master bedroom did NOT work. The floors were so dirty that walking from the bathroom to the bedroom, your feet were already filthy. The beds do NOT have a box spring. The area under the kitchen counter smelled so bad and we could not get rid of the smell. The lights above the kitchen counters did NOT work. The kitchen was so bare bones the if you had 6 people staying (like is set up to accommodate), you would not enough kitchen supplies. And to top it off, we killed several cockroaches. The dirt and dust on top of the ceiling fan in the master bathroom was gross and probably has not been cleaned for years ( I have pictures). And in the middle of the night, a light in the master bathroom flickered off and on even thou the light was shut off. I wonder how it ever passed inspection for anyone to stay there!! I would be embarrassed to rent this to anyone in the condition the unit is in. This should NOT be listed on VRBO, and I believe the unit was so misrepresented that there should be some reimbursement.

The view from upper deck was fabulous and ability to walk right out to the beach. Plantings were a bit overgrown, but provided some appreciated privacy. Umbrellas and chairs were in the unit for use and overall very comfortable. Parking is free but through valet. At peak times it can take a while. Would rate 5 stars with a few superficial fixes. Better and working lightbulbs with warm rather than harsh tinting. Also a few more kitchen items such as a sheet pan, water pitcher, small frying pan would be nice. Overall a really nice unit with beach access that can’t be beat.

Amazing stay! Beautiful townhouse with private access to the beach. Very private and quiet!
