Overall it was good. There were only two spoons for six people. Left a message with the manager on the first day and didn't hear back. The beds were comfortable and clean. Even in October, we were grateful for the airconditioner.

This little apartment was convenient to everything in west Yellowstone. Perfect for a cozy little place to sleep and small kitchen for cooking.

Decent little sleeping loft. A little roomier than it looked to me in the photos, but pretty small. Obviously a little pricy due to being a tourist town. A little more run-down than it looks in the pictures, but not shabby. The mattress on one of the double beds seemed to sag pretty badly, which made for an uncomfortable night for one of my traveling companions. A little bit of a funny smell in the entryway before you go up the stairs to the loft, but it was minor and I didn't notice it upstairs. Unfortunately the shampoo and body wash were empty in the bathroom, but there were plenty of towels. Kitchen appliances seemed nice but we didn't use them. Room seemed clean, though the vents on the 2 large "portable" A/C units could have used a cleaning. One of the A/C units also seemed to be malfunctioning while we were there. Customer service picked up the phone right away even though we called late, though I'm not sure if they ever sent a service person over or not. (You're likely to miss phone calls in when you're in Yellowstone, which may have happened to me. I'll give the benefit of the doubt that they called back and I missed it.) There's not much on-property parking, but we managed OK. Overall a pretty good experience, but I have reason to be concerned that the door lock code may not change regularly, which I found alarming. and which drops my rating from a 4 to a 3.

Convenient location, close to the national park entrance, close to the shops & restaurants. The inside is fairly dated. Really worn out/dirty carpets. Supplies in the kitchen were sparse. Bathroom had plenty of towels. It worked ok for our purpose, given we used the suite for showering & sleeping. The AC in the kitchen area worked in fits & starts. The nights were cool enough that opening a window cooled down the space.

Place was great. Loved having a kitchenette and it had all the stuff to make simple dinners. The small cooler provided was an added bonus that made traveling within the park easier. Close to everything; food store, restaurants, West Yellowstone entrance. Place is as described. One of our fellow guests could not find their key one night and all their belongings (phone and keys) were in there place. We assisted them by calling management (number provided in email and on paper in cabin) and emailing for them and still have not heard back from them. Luckily the other key was found and they got in but it could have been a disaster and they would have been stranded.

The Bucking Moose Grizzly Suite is up a flight of stairs after entering the door where you'll find three beds. It's perfect for 3 young cozy couples or a family of 6. We had 5 family plus one boyfriend--we brought along an airbed for the boyfriend--there was a perfect nook for it. We like to stay in VRBO properties and for the price compared to what we're used to primarily in remote locations in the South we were a little disappointed--it was aged and minimalistic. That being said the price was relevant to all other lodging in West Yellowstone when considering we had six people. We stayed two nights and found the suite had everything we needed from fresh, clean linens to a kitchenette with a full-size fridge/freezer where we were able to chill our food and freeze our water bottles for the ice chest. We enjoy cooking to save a little money but no grill at this property so plan for kitchenette or just go to the Buffalo Bar a two block walk away. The food there was great, the server worked hard, and it was reasonably priced for a tourist town. There were air conditioners in both rooms. The one in the room that contains the kitchenette didn't work too well though. Fortunately the nights were cool enough we could open all the windows to cool it down for a good sleep. Beds slept well. Our teens found a hike within about 25 minutes that led them to a spectacular viewpoint since we could only be in the park on even days this year due to the floods in the Northern section. While they did that the wife and I strolled the little town. The homemade ice cream place on the main drag was delicious. All-in-all not a bad choice at all for a family of 5 or 6 people.

A warm welcoming environment for the whole family. The Grizzly Suite was perfect for our family of five. We range in ages from 14-67. Nestled in the heart of West Yellowstone, this home was wonderful to site see in town, as well as the day we went into Yellowstone.
