This unit worked out great for our family. Communication with host was great, the house was very clean and the location was convenient for Rapid City and beyond. It’s not exactly easy walking distance to downtown Rapid City but an easy few minute drive. This is the basement apartment of a house but it still felt bright enough. Footsteps from upstairs were only audible when there were kids running around up there; then the noise was significant but when there were older guests above us, we didn’t hear them. There is plenty of storage space, water pressure was great and towels were new and fluffy. The kids enjoyed the little pool table. Thank you to our hosts!

We had easy early access and very clean. The fire alarm went off at 11:00 pm the first nights until we deactivated it and was not an issue on Saturday until 11:00 pm and went on all night every 30 seconds which kept everyone awake all night long. Master mattress was great but the others were not comfortable at all. Wi-Fi never worked and the kitchen was inadequately stocked for 6 people. Need more outdoor seating to enjoy the downtown view. Would recommend ice trays for freezer. We enjoyed it and don’t want to give a bad review but feel that we should be given monetary compensation. Look forward to hearing back from you.

The house was easy to find and well stocked. They aren’t joking when they say walking distance to The Monument. We could have even explored downtown on foot had the weather cooperated more. We would definitely stay here again!

The place offers what you need. This was my first rbnb experience so, I did not know exactly what to expect compared to hotels. 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms sounded excellent, so I booked it. You get basically what you need, no extras, there is only one smart TV on the living room, so it was nice to get together with everyone to spend time together at night, however the tv has applications but no service provided by the host. So if you want to enjoy some tv time, make sure you bring your apps and log in information. I was able to cast from my iPad, so no issue there. The master bedroom bed and one other bed were very comfortable, however the third mattress was more in the too soft side and it was not good for my daughter's back. You get a nice parking spot right outside your door, which is really nice. The stove is a glass top, which the previous renter left really dirty, we are OCD in these kind of things, so we had to clean it before we could use it. There is also the requirement of washing towels at check out, which seemed a little inconvenient for us as we get up to leave really early and at that time we are only concerned about packing, we ended up washing the towels the evening before to make sure we did that and just left a couple of small towels without washing that we used in the morning to wash our faces, I hope that was okay. Overall, it was a nice stay, reasonable priced. You get what you pay for.

Nice condo. Mattress in very back bedroom needs to be replaced (sags in the middle). Needs more pans in kitchen Some pans needed to be replaced.

We came to a concert at the monument and it definitely was walking distance! Loved how clean and neat the property was!

Cozy but with plenty of room for our family to spread out and have our own space. Great location with fabulous access to all Rapid City has to offer. We appreciated Spencer making certain the driveway was shoveled when it snowed. He was a wonderful host!!!

Was a nice place, everything worked well and there was plenty of space for everyone and our stuff. Only thing we thought it could use was a few more kitchen supplies if you plan on cooking while there. Spencer was nice and very quick to reply to messages.
