Located 1 block from the bay and 2 blocks to the boardwalk/beach. Steps away from the pool and sunsets! Free Wifi Beautiful front porch with glider and outdoor seating. Bistro table to enjoy the fresh early morning and evening air. Each room has a smart TV with xfinity including HBO to allow everyone to stream/watch their favorite shows. Master bedroom - Queen size bed 2nd bedroom - Pyramid bunk bed twin over full Large bathroom with a tub/shower combo Living room has a Queen Sleeper Sofa and Twin Loveseat Sleeper. Full kitchen includes seating for 8, refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, coffee maker and Keurig. Plenty of pots/pans, dishes, and utensils should you choose to dine in., A convenience store is on the corner of 4th Street which has just about everything you need without driving to the store. Walking distance to many local restaurants. All within 1 block of our unit - free fishing pier, play ground, walking path, skate park, pickleball courts, & basketball courts.

What a cute, cozy condo/apartment! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was decorated with a beachy theme which I really loved. The location (2 blocks to the boardwalk) was ideal. We walked up one night to eat at Shenanigan's (which we highly recommend). The only small things that we didn't like was the parking and the lack of sheets, towels, and paper products. During Sunfest parking was at a premium. Luckily I read in the amenities that we needed to provide our own sheets, towels, and paper products, otherwise we would have been up a creek! However, we would definitely stay here again!

Wonderful location, 1 block from bay, 2 blocks from beach. Convenience store around the corner which is very...convenient. The unit is cute and clean. Mike and Michele were excellent hosts. They were responsive and it's obvious they want their guests enjoy their stay. Will definitely stay here again!

In-between the bay and the beach, close to everything..you cant go wrong. Good neighborhood. Park for kids 1 block over, basketball courts and a place designated for your dogs to go potty. A deli one block up..a corner store 1 block the other way. 5 minute walk to boardwalk..and the bay. Clean and cute apartment. Complete with everything you would need to cook. Id definitely stay again. Owners answered questions and replied very quickly with all questions.

The property is in a perfect location as you can easily access the boardwalk and many of the nearby bars and restaurants. There is street parking right in front of the house, which made unpacking and leaving super convenient. The house was clean with modern fixtures, and had a great open living room, dining space, and kitchen for everyone to hang out.
The owners are super professional and quickly responded to our questions. We had a problem with the batteries on the door dying the first day, and the owner responded in minutes with a delivery of fresh batteries within less than an hour. 10/10 experience and will definitely stay here again next year. One of the best VBRO hosts we have ever encountered.

Quiet neighborhood, clean rental, very spacious. The only cons I can say about this place is that the refrigerator took forever to get stuff cold we would have to put things in the freezer, the mattresses could be softer and we wish the checkout was later. Overall, the stay was nice, I would recommend.

Property manager is excellent at getting back to you , excellent location , beautiful place besides the cleaners they had did a horrible job with getting it cleaned before my stay but the property manager was amazing at resolving the issue

I couldn’t have been happier with the place, perfect location, easy parking, easy walk to the boardwalk. It was my husband, myself and our 4 kids and it was plenty of space. Great place to rent in a great location, would definitely be booking again!

Property is just as described and was actually a littlebigger than we thought it would be. Its in a great location, close to boardwalk, beach, bay, stores, and restaurants. It was also great having the pool available to us. Thanks for a wonderful vacation!

This was the perfect place for my four person group. Mike was amazing and answered extremely fast anytime I had a question. The pool was a really nice bonus if you don’t feel like going to the beach. The location is also perfect and close to the boardwalk and some really great restaurants.

Conveniently located for the May 2023 muscle car show. Walking distance to trolly and fast foods. Delicious subs on the same Block. Everything worked as advertised. Only issue was we needed sheets and the beds were hard. Diffently would stay there again. Our puppy enjoyed it also!.

VRBO booked us in 2 places! This was a disaster, the room was filthy, and the place could not check us in or out correctly. The employee told me it is a mess booking through this website. We went to our original place to check in, and there were people in it! I told the employee that our room was filthy , he said it was probably because the previous people checked out at 10 am and they ran out of time cleaning. Ewwww you don't let anyone in until it is clean! I spent hours deep cleaning the place so our kids didn't get sick. The air filter on furnace was disgusting, floors, bathroom smelled horrendous, and it was supposed to be a non-smoking room which reamed of smoke and wet dog hair everywhere. Taking this further to receive a refund from this company. I would give a 0 if I could.

We loved our stay in Ocean City MD. We stayed at Apartment 9 -bottom floor. We loved the modern kitchen, the pool, the location (2 1/2 blocks to the beach), and being able to bring our pets. Check in was easy. Microwave, appliances, air conditioning and TV all worked great. Plenty of dishes, pans and utensils. Large, Clean shower. Laundromat on property. Loved the Dog Park and basketball courts nearby. We would definitely book again!
