With four beds and a sofa bed, everyone can sleep comfortably, rested, and refreshed for more adventure. Dine alfresco on the back patio and enjoy a barbecue using the shared gas grill, or swing on the porch swing and relax from the everyday hustle and bustle of life. THINGS TO KNOW Streaming services are available with guests' own accounts. The fireplace is not operational. Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The nightly fee ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles. The location is wonderful and the house, if maintained properly, truly is stunning. The front porch with swing is awesome.

No communications of check in instructions even on arrival day. Had to sit on 800# trying to get someone to send to me. Arrived and the place was dirty—especially the pull out couch which was full of hair and stains. Upstairs unit had stains on carpet. Downstairs couldn’t get in through codes they sent me and never sent me a new one after calling to complain. No water pressure in sink. No hot water in sink. Sink in bathroom doesn’t work. Daily rates appear low but overall fees gigantic by comparison. Avoid this place and Vacasa in general at all costs if your a family vs. spring breakers.

Liked the place. The nightly rate was good, but the hidden added fees at time of booking definitely made it a LOT more expensive.
