Upon booking you will asked to sign a rental agreement with zero dollars due and a cleaning fee of $50 will be requested. This vehicle can not driven in the rain and must be garaged in the evening. International Credit Cards have an additional 1 to 1.5% on top of the 3.55% for exchange rates totalling almost 4.7% in fees. Please note, that if you do not want to incur the CC processing fee you can send a bank wire. If you send a request to book your CC will only be charged the platform fee. We value our neighbors therefore we only will host guests who will be respectful to our community. It's a privilege to be able to share the space in this format with travelers and we care deeply about out neighbors wellbeing. This means no loud noises after hours (9pm to 8am), or any inappropriate behavior. Any guests who disturb the peaceful enjoyment of our community will be asked to leave and a refund will not be given. Getting Around: Includes our electric Moke complimentary to get around the neighborhood. Sightseeing in Malibu is a feature one should never miss, therefore, we highly recommend having a vehicle while visiting Malibu. Since this villa is managed by us, you will automatically receive preferred rental rates through Drive Awhile. Drive Awhile simplifies the car rental process by leaving your car rental at the property with keys inside. You can also leave the car at departure and work with our concierge to arrange your airport transfer.
