Our 2 bedroom unit located on the 18th floor in Tower 4, faces west and has both a beautiful Gulf and Sound view. The sunsets are spectacular as well as the island and Gulf Breeze lights at night. This unit has contemporary furniture, artwork, and great taste. You will love it!!Looking for a relaxing and memorable vacation? The Portofino Resort and Spa on Pensacola Beach is exactly what you are looking for. Situated on 28 acres, the Portofino is directly next to the undisturbed Gulf Islands National Seashore and overlooks the sugar white sand and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico. It is isolated from the noise and congestion of busy beach towns, yet it is just minutes away from the shopping and restaurants of the Boardwalk and the historic city of Pensacola. Imagine waking up every morning to the sounds of waves on the beach and the cool breezes off the Gulf. You can enjoy breakfast on the balcony with panoramic views of the Gulf and Sound. After breakfast, head over to the Lifestyle Center for a workout or massage at the Aveda European Spa and Fitness Center. You can also take a swim in the indoor Junior Olympic swimming pool overlooking Santa Rosa Bay, or use the two infinity-edge outdoor swimming pools. This property was beautiful and very clean and neat. We love these condos and have stayed here many times but this is the first time renting a unit from someone we did not know. It was a great expereince. we loved the fact they had beach towels and chairs to take down ot the beach since we fly in and cant bring that stuff. We were only missing a cooler. We bought one and left it but it was not the right season to buy a good one. We will be back again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful place!! Kim & Kenny

It was a great area and property we booked knowing a huge church group comes same week 2600 high school kids and adult group leaders to keep them in check we had no problems but we would never book same week again it’s overwhelming if you have little kids with you but either way you are at the beach just enjoy

After staying at Portofino several times at various VRBO listings, this rental tops my list. Check-in was seamless, and we even were able to get into the condo a few hours early after arriving ahead of schedule. The condo was spotless and the king bed had a comfortable, new memory foam mattress. While we didn't utilize it, the owners made a simple beach setup available for use (umbrella, chairs, towels) which was a nice touch. Will be back next year for sure!

Kathy was a pleasure to work with. The condo was beautiful and clean and they provided some extras that other owners haven't such as plenty of towels, soap, toilet paper. I also appreciated that there were some pantry items left from renters that other owners have asked to discard all kitchen items. Spices, coffee filters, fabric sheets, dishwasher tabs.

The views were breathtaking and the resort itself is very nice. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed even though we came well-prepared. We brought our own detergent and dryer sheets and were able to do laundry. Appliances were up-to-date and easy to use. Kathy was fabulous any time we had a question. The kids absolutely enjoyed the pool and hot tub. We spent the majority of our time on the balcony, soaking in the views. There are tv’s, but we didn’t even use them. The condo is within easy walking distance to the beach and is a short drive to shops and restaurants. The building and grounds were clean, take care of, and staff were courteous. We would definitely stay here again!

We finished a wonderful vacation at this property in Pensacola Beach, FL. Portofino is an excellent resort with perfect location (on the beach and bay). The property was super clean, beautifully decorated and replenished with all the necessities for a relaxing stay. The host is super responsive and provided accurate information. The views from this property's balcony are amazing, especially the sunset. We loved the fact that there were beach chairs, umbrella and a volleyball provided by the host. Our family had a wonderful stay and would recommend this unit.

What a great place to stay with the kiddos! Everything was so incredibly nice at condo, it was little things like extra soap dispensers by sinks in bathrooms to dishwasher detergent to do a load of dishes. Usually we buy all these things before we get to condo but forgot so it saved us a trip to store to have these things. The views were amazing from balcony. The pools and hot tubs were an extra perk that will keep us coming back as the weather was a bit windy and colder than we had hoped for but still a great stay!!!

We had a really nice visit, found the view perfect, and the accommodations clean and tidy. We were happy to discover beach chairs partway through our visit, although we didn't get around to using them, but it's nice they are there! The property manager was very helpful and cheerful. Price was a little high for us personally (maybe not most), but we needed the vacation badly so did it. We are glad we came and would book again if returning to Portofino!
