Great apartment and location - especially for the price. Pics are accurate. Little bit of a mix up checking in but quickly corrected. Would stay here again.

It is a very spacious rental. Great location. A lot of Restaurants, bars, stores, & parks are all in walking distance. We had trouble checking in but the landlord was there and was very kind to helped us get situated. There is no A/C. They have a few plug in fans and opening the windows helped the air circulate. There was only one tv. Other then that we had no problems or issues. We enjoyed our stay.

Very happy with the experience we had staying at this location. We will recommend to friends and family for future stays. Awesome location to many attractions and restaurants. Super friendly staff and very attentive to our needs.

We rented the property to spend time as a family. I live in the US and we wanted to spend time with my mother and grandmother in Mexico. We were 6 total. The unit had 4 total towels and 3 plates. There was no additional toilet paper. The access code was not activated until 1 hour until AFTER our check in and we had to wait in the lobby, with my 92 year old grandmother on her cane. The washer and dryer did not work. The, very nice, maintenance man came at night and left at 10 pm only to tell me they could not be fixed and my soaking wet clothes had to go into my suitcases like this. i was offered to wash and dry in another unit but was NOT granted access to that unit until 2 hours before my check out. I ended up buying plates and toilet paper and had to drag my kids sweater, too heavy to pack wet, to the laundry mat nearby where I had to pay to have them laundered.
