Things to Know Check-in time is between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. We make every attempt to have your property available at 4 p.m. on arrival day, but circumstances occur where check-in time may be later. We can not guarantee a 4 p.m. check-in time. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. There is a $500 deep cleaning fee for any unit that is smoked in. Parties are not permitted. When making a reservation, you must be 25 to rent with us. We do not rent to locals. The elevator in this home is not available for guest use and is not included in the listing amenities. This property is managed by Vacasa South Carolina LLC. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
