It was easy to get a refund
Everything. The attendant wasn’t friendly and when i entered the building it was scary. It had a horrible smell, the lights weren’t bright, and the carpet was disgusting. This was all before I made it to the room. The connected door in the room looked as if it was only closed by a chair placed in front of it. I could say more but I’m tired

my room door was open when I got to the room. My door would not properly close and lock. The room looks nothing like the photo online. I didn’t feel safe I ended up leaving in the middle of the night due to not feeling safe and secure.

the fact that they had a microwave in the room
staff was rude and made a racist comment to my husband who stayed there. He complained about the poor internet and the lady at front desk told him to go back to his country!

When we went down for breakfast everything was gone and not restocked all 3 mornings.
Room was dirty blood on bed and sheets. It’s said free shuttle but when I stayed they said they didn’t have a driver 😡 main reason I chose this location

The location is within walking distance to NRG
I called the local number and tried to cancel one of my rooms before the date of free cancellation and the staff was unable to help me at all which caused me to have to pay for one night For a room I didn’t use.

It was affordable and close to the hospital I that I needed to go to and it was easy to get to.
The hallway smelled really bad and the room had a odor but we turned the air on and it got better. Other than that everything was clean.

Bad WiFi which made work difficult and screaming kids in the lobby until 9:45 pm that I believe belonged to the staff. Couldn’t call it in on the provider phone because the directory on the face of the phone was missing.

There really wasn't anything we liked at this hotel. It was a very poor experience.
The exterior of the hotel is very run down. The entire lobby smells like weed. The rooms are crappy, everything is old and chipped and looks like it hasn't been fixed or renovated since 1995. The pictures online are not remotely accurate to what the property actually looks like.
