Great property in Brookings!

Breakfast was very good. Pool has a nice waterslide and nice hot tub.

Could be a little cheaper, but we were there for an event.

Exceptional

Everything was great! Kids have fun on the slide n there was enough pillows for everyone to b comfy plus the pillows were comfy! Breakfast was great as well!

I enjoyed my time at the hotel and was statisfied with a majority of the services provided.

The staff was kind and attentive when we needed assistance. The linens and towels were always clean and pristine as if they were freshly bought and cleaned. The furniture was large and comfortable even for individuals of large stature.

At the time of our visit the pool and hot tub were out of order and these were elements we were looking forward too. The television remote was awkward and not properly programed for the television and it's services.

Highly disappointed I paid top dollar for a 1st level room that overlooked the dumpsters, hot tub and water slide closed

breakfast was amazing, great selection of hot food.

We booked here specifically because it had a hot tub/water park. when we arrived it was under construction and closed. No where online did it state this. For the money, it was very overpriced and price should have reflected the spa/water park being out of order.

Great stay!

I loved the breakfast! It was fully stocked until the end!

I did not like the pool! The hot tub had to be shut down than the kiddie pool. The slide would get shut off. The pool was small. For the price we paid, I assumed the pool would be much better.

Holiday Inn Express in Brookings went over and above our expectations for the stay. Thank you.

The breakfast was served at a time we were able to enjoy it-before our plans for the day were scheduled to begin. Not only did the food look appealing because of the effort put into it, but the breakfast was tasty and satisfying as well!

Honestly, there was nothing that we didn't enjoyed about our stay at Holiday Inn Express in Brookings. Our stay far exceeded our expectations and we were even able to bring our dogs which made the stay even more enjoyable. Thank you Holiday Inn Express for helping to make our time in Brookings so enjoyable and refreshing!

We were happy with our stay.

Great staff and breakfast!

We stayed in room 221. The room was directly behind the elevator. There was a loud noise every time the elevator went up or down. Not sure how to fix that, maybe don’t put guests in that room.

front desk people need training

good location to swiftel center and Applebee’s. did not use the pool

front desk could not get us checked in- charged my credit card twice. then told me I had one to many rooms so I cancelled one and I really didn’t have enough for my group. girls ended up staying four to a room instead of two in each room. front desk says “don’t use Booking.com we have problems all the time with them”. funny I love booking and never have issues. Then took the money for the room out then put it back into my account. probably will not stay there again.

Messed up check in- said I had five rooms we got there and only had four- then charged my credit card twice for the incidental fee- and then charged my card for the room- then ended up returning it. I had booked on Booking.com and they said “they don’t work for us”. Not sure what that was about.

The ONLY good things I have to say about this place is that the breakfast was good and the hotel staff were accommodating and very nice.

Check in is at 3pm didn't get in until after 4pm because the "mini curtain" was broken. A phone call would have been nice since we live over 2 hours away. Our room was dirty, found TOE NAILS on the floor, what looked like crusted dried pizza sauce under one of the tables and a used cup between the bed and night stand, and a kids toy under the recliner, makes me wonder when the last time someone actually cleaned this room. Then when we go to leave in the morning I lifted the sheets to see what mattress looked like and sure enough there was what looks to be a urine stain on the mattress how disappointing to think I had slept on that all night, 0/10 would never stay here again

Every thing else was ok....The Pool was excellent.....

When I reserved my room I reserved a room with a Spa Tub !!!! There was no Spa Tub !!!! Very Disappointed !!!!! The Breakfast was disappointing as well.....🤨
