its a fuss, they need to improve and also clean the place up

staff tried their best but management needs to take feedback seriously

management or owner must take feedback and act on it to improve the place and facilities so that customer dont shout at staff who can not change anything

It was not clean. There were bugs in the room. There were bullet holes in a window on our floor. And it just was very clean.

There were literal bullets holes in a window a few rooms down. Mattresses had gross stains on them without mattress protector. We were put in a smoking room when we requested non smoking with 2 small kids!!!

Not worth the money! Spend a little extra and get a hotel

I had somewhere to rest my head at night...

The bed was stained and disgusting. Also had cigarette burn marks on the blanket. The shower curtain rod was broken and barely hanging on. The bathroom tub was leaky. The sink was barely connected to the sink and was flopping around. There was a large hole in the wall. Cigarette butts jammed down the sink. Only two of the four lights worked in the room. Tried getting food at night and was harassed by patrons hanging out in the parking lot.

It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

First off the room was only $75 on the booking.com app. At the property they were trying to charge $130 a night for one room, then went down to $100 so obviously I just booked the one room on the app. The smoke detector in the room was covered with a plastic bag, there was roaches and black mold and smelled like a dead rat. A few rooms down the window was full of bullet holes. Never again will I stay somewhere like that. If I hadn’t already paid and needed to lay down and sleep I wouldn’t have stayed.

It was the worst stay of my trip

The front desk lady hung up the phone on me twice and was very rude they had a shooting there one night and the police and staff were looking at the surveillance tapes in the lobby should have been behind closed doors front desk people didn’t know the area to even give directions

Absolutely do not stay here. We thought it would be fine for just a couple of nights, but we had to leave after the first night because it was so bad. Reeked of cigarette smoke, despite booking a non-smoking room. Had what looked like blood (or some sort of red stain) in the bath, and strange looking stains over the sheets 🤢 the area didn’t seem safe either.

Leaving the property was my favourite part.

Where do I start?! - the room smelt like an actual ashtray. - there were cockroaches under the bed. - the pillows were filthy and stained. - the bed cover had white staines on it. - the room was overall incredibly dirty. - I had genuine fears for our safety. this hotel was not worth the money I paid for it and in my opinion needs to be investigated by health departments/ Wyndham.

I had made a reservation online, only to receive an email 10 minutes prior to reaching the hotel, saying that they had canceled our reservation! Since we were already in route and less than 10 minutes away, and since I had tried calling the hotel to get clarification, but it just kept ringing and no one ever answered-we went ahead and proceeded to arrive at the location, only to be told that the reservation had been cancelled due to them being full for the night, but if we were willing to pay literally double what the room was supposed to cost us, that they could then 'find' a room for us. So being late at night, in a strange town, exhausted from a long day of driving, instead of the $124 and change that the room was reserved for, we paid almost $250 for said room! PS, it was clearly visible that the hotel was not booked for the night as I would say at least half of the parking spots were empty in the parking lots! Definitely not pleased with this hotel location!

There was no airport shuttle as advertised and when we called to try and solve the problem, we were met by disgruntled workers who didn’t really try to help and kept having us call back and forth between this location and the main Wyndham number. This location is on a steep hill and almost appears to somewhat be falling apart, it was ok for the bare minimum, but would not recommend.

Sketchy location

There was not sufficient parking for my car and the car I was towing. After check in the clerk advised me where to park. While there was adequate lighting the area was not good there were a group of people hanging out drinking near the parking spot. I requested a refund and the clerk said there was a $65 cash fee for cancelations. I did not pay as the fee could have been deducted from my original payment.

Won't be staying there ever again

I liked that it was close to where we wanted to get to and that we were able to smoke in the room.

I wish the property would've been kept up better. Holes in every wall including the shower which had toilet paper shoved in it. Toilet seat was very loose. Just had the feel that they didn't care to invest in their own property.

You get what you pay for.

The price was cheap. The staff was helpful when the AC unit was broken. The location is about 12 minutes from Broadway. Sheets and towels were clean and unstained. The room was clean the building was just falling apart.

This hotel is is falling apart inside and out. Ther was graffiti all over the bathroom walls and door. The rod holding the shower curtain was falling off the wall as was the towel rack. The hair dryer was cracked and stuck in the coolest setting. It started sparking and smoking while I was trying to dry my hair. There were holes in the walls, dust and cob webs on the walls and water damage/bubbling paint on the cieling. There was trash in the grass outside and our key card stopped working. Definitely not in the greatest neighborhood either.

DO NOT STAY HERE!!

Wyndham should shut this place down. The room smelled like marijuana, first of all. The bed was awful. No extra pillows and the one they gave us, for two people, was flat as a pancake. The bathroom was microscopic. There was black mold in the shower. My husband left out of there barely able to breathe. The breakfast is a joke. The TV in the room was awful. Stay any where else.

VERY VERY DIRTY WALLS.. VERY DUSTY on top of pictures and on top of any kind of ledges.. I know it is a smoking room but that is no reason not to clean, dust, freshly paint and Clean windows. The lobby was clean..ALL of the rooms should look like that and smell like that..

Very good

It was so close to Broadway that we could take Uber and Lyft. The manager was very friendly. Our room was clean. The neighborhood wasn't great but this is the second time we have stayed there and we felt safe. Convenient. Mainly just a place to sleep. Had honey buns for breakfast and coffee which is all we need

Sketchy neighborhood. But hotel is kind of tucked back so we did not feel afraid.
