Rooms are outdated and falling apart, staff was very rude and the shuttle is non existent.

Near the airport, beds were somewhat comfortable

The breakfast closed early and was extremely minimal if you made it in time. The shuttle was a scam so don’t expect to take the shuttle from the airport to hotel. The staff was extremely rude and dismissive, almost as if they were looking for an argument as entertainment.

Cheap hotel! But need luxury for sleeping 7 hours and heading to hotel.

I liked that they booked and put our names down for the shuttle in the am.

When at chcek In it took forever and supposedly someone was checked in under my name.

Very glad our stay was short, would never stay here again

Location

Room was outdated and dirty. Floors were filthy, left our feet black. Tv had so much static we couldn’t watch any of the channels. Restaurant was closed, which was not advertised when originally booking the room. Our cards to get into room never worked we had to keep going down to front desk, they said they are switching systems that’s why. Pillows had barely any stuffing at all super uncomfortable. Went down to enjoy pool but there were only 3 lay down chairs for the whole pool area. which were always taken, had to sun bathe on ground..

Although I didn't need it the room safe was a good comfort.

I have stayed here before, and it met my expectations. I was pleased that the breakfast room was open again.

The Hotel used to have coffee and water in the lobby, and I would like it returned. Also it would be nice if the Royal Orchid restaurant opened once again.

عدم تنظيف الغرفه لمده 4 ايام وتم تبليغهم مسبقا بذلك وعند طلب تجديد ابلغوني بالمغادره لعدم التوفر نهايه الاسبوع رغم اني بلغت برغبتي مسبقا ايضا وجود بعض الازعاج والروائح من الغرف المجاوره

Negative Erfahrung, nicht zu empfehlen.

Kein Frühstück, kein Bettanzug, keine Badetücher, leerer Kühlschrank, kein Trinkwasser, kein Tee im Zimmer.

Amazing place to stay. Extremely clean.

The staff is amazing. Also greeting when entering the front. Security guard was my heart. I just loved him. I will stay here everyone I'm in town.

The worst Ramada Inn experience I've every had.

The price was within our business budget. Good parking for disabled person.

No room service during our entire 5 night stay. Large gap under front door. Silver fish in the bed and spiders on the floor. Lengthy time to wait at reception for any assistance. Difficulty processing payment. Staff didn't seem interested in customer service.

I did not stay there.

The property was a dump. The pool was very dirty with no chairs outside. Walking to room I could see in other rooms very yellow matresses. The key card did not work to room and after looking around and not feeling safe, I went to front desk and asked if I could get a refund, in which he did. You get what you pay for. It was not for me.

Property run down and from looking into other rooms - run down, dirty looking. I did not feel safe.

The room had a few dead roaches in the bathroom floor and closet as well. There wasn’t enough towels for my family and I

The smell in the elevator, there was trash thrown out side of rooms that made roaches come out.

Bad experience overall

Pool was nice

The tv didn’t have half the channels it said. The finals bball game was on a channel that front desk said was available, but the station wouldn’t come in and Staff said they couldn’t help. There is no lobby that belongs to the hotel, couldn’t even watch the game on the TV because they didn’t have a remote and it was locked up in the early evening. Also found a dead cockroach. HUGE. “Breakfast” was toast and packaged muffins/waffles. The bread didn’t even fit in the toaster.

Staff was very friendly and helpful- that was the only positive. That said, there was no shuttle as advertised- no restaurant as advertised- run down and ghetto -i learned from a taxi driver that this place will be razed in the coming months to make way for a rail hub and network

would never stay again- $182 was wayyyy to much for this hotel/motel

nothing- building looks like it’s falling apart- told us the restaurant was being renovated and it’s been closed for 10 years! staff never mentioned anything about the restaurant being closed-people just want to stay and eat at hotel

Never going back and may never book with Booking.com either.

Location as far as to attractions we were there for was great. Location as far as neighborhood, awful! Lots of homeless, and situated between 2 strip clubs.

Ended up in 3 different rooms in 2 days. 1- not cleaned, beds unmade with dirty bed clothes laying on top. 2- toilet wouldn't work, maintenance came twice. 3- smaller room, another toilet broken and this time no working phone either!

website advertised an airport shuttle and restaurant on site. Neither existed.

Courtyard room view looks like a prison.

The reservation was accidentally booked for mid March and the front desk helped me to get it resolved.

The same front desk person then saw my reservation on booking.com for $115.00 for the night and charged my credit card $180.26. I talked to the person who relieved him the next morning and was told that I have to take it up with booking.com. The view from our room to the "courtyard" resembles most scenes from movies about minimum security prisons. Poor lighting outside the rooms and the wifi barely works. I will not stay here again.
