Sometimes disturbing noise from nearby highway, but not at night.

This property while older appeared to have recently undergone renovation. The room was huge and spotless. Convenient to I 40. We left before breakfast started at 7:00, so can’t comment on that.
No negatives

It was an older property but immaculate! Extremely clean and comfortable.

Room was clean. Breakfast was OK.
Heater didn't function properly. Location was very noisy and unsecure. There were people milling around at 1:30AM that didn't belong there. This is not a safe place. Staff would not answer when called about people milling around that shouldn't be there. Avoid this place - it's not safe

The people were nice.
I didn’t sleep well at all because it’s right on a main road and it was so loud pretty much all night. Even with earplugs. The breakfast offered was all sugar loaded food. No eggs, sausage or other good sources of protein.

Good place to spend a night in Albuquerque. Good value for your money, the personnel and the lady at the front is very nice and helpful. Recommended if you are visiting the area!
Breakfast was pretty bare, however all the rest was great! Having a nice breakfast would have been an extra.

The place was nice considering how good of a price it was. The staff was friendly upon arrival.
Not the cleanest place. The sheets had a stain on it and a bug ran across the bed so I’m not sure if cleanliness is their top priority.

The spa tub was the only upside! They were so very unprofessional. Would not recommend staying there at all!

On the highway
Arrived to be put in an ADA room, when we booked a standard King room and the sheets were soaked with urine. We informed the staff of this and they claimed the room hadn't been occupied in weeks. Regardless they inspected the room and confirmed the bed was soaked through. We were put in yet another room we didn't book and left first thing in the morning. If anything it proves they never clean their rooms between guests if urine can be soaking a bed for weeks! They precharge for the room but can't hold whatever you reserve on top of the risk to disease exposure from a urine soaked mattress.

It is a gangster inn. Charged us but didn't provide the accommendation at all! Refuse to refund with bad manner, they don't care. We ended up with finding another hotel nearby and the booking assistant doesn't help. Very Bad experience with Booking.com

The lady that runs the place is super nice and really funny. The room was super cute and my girls and I enjoyed our stay even through we weren't there for that long. If we're ever in the area again we will definitely stay there again

The owner was friendly and helpful. The room was clean. Overall appearance was very good for an older property. Room was very clean.
The rush hour traffic on RT 66 was a little noisy but quieted down by 9 or so. No problem with noise on the weekend.

This is such a cute hotel! Very clean, the staff is incredible, and the bed was amazingly comfy!

Nothing to like about this place. Only the location is convenient.
Room and bathroom very very outdated. Needs a lot of renovations. Not worth the money which I paid for it. For that amount I could have got some better place to stay. No elevator. Had to carry the bags on the Steel staircase. Breakfast was not good at all. No staff available in the breakfast area. No staff at the front desk at checkout.

The parking lot was well lit and it was easy to get to my room.
Bed bugs - woke up with bites/rash, probably from the extra pillow in the bed. There were gnats.Receptionist kept saying my room number aloud (4 or five times) with strange man within earshot.
