Exceptional

So close to good harbor beach

Breakfast was too limited. I don’t eat any offered. A plain roll would be better for me rather than banana bread or blueberry bread. The coffee is fine

We thought they kept things very up to date with plentiful chargers, new sliding doors. The property was well maintained .

lovely weekend on the beach

perfect location and view. it has the feel of a classic motor inn with modern amenities

I like a firm mattress but the one in the room was much to hard and could benefit from a thicker pad

Will definitely stay again !!

I know it's an older facility, but it's very, very well kept. Great location, centrally located. We will absolutely stay again !!

Very good

The staff was amiable and accommodating. If we needed more towels or items for the room, they were quickly given to us. The view from our room was a beautiful start to every morning and the coffee provided in the room was delicious as well!

It felt like we were staying with family and the staff were amazing!!

Didn’t eat the breakfast as it was very limited but location was very nice.

Fantastic! So much to love: the pool, the breakfast patio, the huge rooms, much more.

Room was huge. Refrigerator was a huge plus. Balcony overlooking the ocean.

Breakfast offerings could be upgraded to include, e.g., toasted whole wheat English muffins, bagels, a variety of whole grain muffins, maybe cheese. A toaster on premises would be great. Breakfast breads could be upgraded in terms of quality. I think the cold offerings were well thought out, including protein, whole, fresh fruit, etc., but the breads were really just highly processed junk. There could be more variety, day to day. The operation is efficient and there is little waste, I have to say (admiringly).

Only cranberry juice. No donuts. Boiled eggs a strange option.

Superb

It was the perfect location to walk to the beach. The view was so pretty! I loved that we could use the pool etc. on the day of check out as long as we wanted! Everyone was very nice and helpful.

The bed was a little hard but other than that it was fine.

We would definitely stay again and would recommend it to others.

Location was perfect. Easy to get into Gloucester or ride up the coast to Rockport. Easy walk to the beach if you didn’t want to drive. Pretty views. Extremely clean property, pool and room. Breakfast was simple but enough to get you moving. It was served outside by the pool with a beautiful view of the ocean… very nice. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

Shower was very small and cramped. Very convenient shampoo and conditioner dispensers on the shower wall however I kept hitting them with my arms … probably better to put them on the back wall of the shower. Beds were just ok.
