Great facility

In exception the man, the girls were amazing. Room is nice and clean. Bed is the best.

We didn’t like the man who works at the hotel yelling at the girls at the front desk. That was scary. We needed to travel again and we preferred stay in somewhere else because of that. He was aggressive with the ladies.

A very uncomfortable and unhappy experience. I could not wait to check out.

The breakfast was of very poor quality and the breakfast area was filthy with overflowing trash bins with no staff coming in to clean up. By the third morning I had stopped showing up for breakfast. The quality of the food was bad. The floor was dirty and sticky with syrup. This was the case with even the elevator floors. The location was some distance from most conveniences for me. I definitely would not visit again.

In my opinion, this is not a hotel that should be on bookings.com because I do not think it meets even the minimum standard. The room numbers were written with markers on tape stuck on the walls by the doors. The so called ‘renovation’ was incomplete. Their site said it was ‘freshly renovated’. I asked them about this since I also read a review about the noise from the renovation. The officer answered that they were more or less done and that there was no more noise. My son and I discovered that the room was probably not cleaned out when the previous guest left. There were big crumbs on the floor and the sheets were dirty and smelled badly used. Only the towels in the bathroom seemed clean and they had a notice that the rooms would not be cleaned for 3 days in order to help conserve water and save the planet. The toilet was not flushing well and the toilet door did not close properly let alone lock well. Furthermore, I heard one of the janitors for our floor arguing with maybe his supervisor (another staffer in uniform) that he would not change the sheets in the rooms everyday! Knowing that the room was not clean, I could not sleep for the 3 nights I was there. Furthermore, upon arrival, the front desk staff requested for my ID. I gave her my passport and I discovered to my surprise that she was flipping through the pages and studying it page by page. I then asked her what the problem was. The other officer swiftly took over and asked for my address. I told her that it was a booking.com booking and that I didn’t think they needed all that. Nevertheless, I supplied my tel number and zip code and went on to confirm about 3 pages of liability clauses before I made the payment. Long story short, the total experience was bad from the beginning to the end. I could never return to a place like this.

Pleasant

Good proximity to the thruway and surrounding area. Taco Bell and McDonald's out front. AC worked great

spot of smeared blood on wall by door. No hooks or really anywhere to hang towel in bathroom. Coffee machine was out of order in breakfast area! Also, coffee maker in room didn't work either. Trash all over grounds including used dog poop bags. Sink area in bathroom not properly cleaned

Overall a nice stay, but room for improvement in tidiness

The rooms were comfortable and generally clean, despite us not seeming to get room service for the entire duration of our stay. The room had good temperature control. All of the hotel staff was very helpful and friendly.

While I understand that this location is undergoing construction, I feel that the general property could have been a little more well kept. In addition, our key cards needed to be reset, and another hotel patron mentioned this also.

Newly renovated room was a great surprise. Fantastic value and good area to stay

We were a bit concerned when we pulled in because there were construction materials. We learned that it was under construction. Room was FANTASTIC. Brand new. The breakfast was exactly what you'd expect, and good to get you on the road to your vacation/meetings.

The outside appearance scared us a bit at first but we were great after we met the evening clerk and saw the room

I will not stay there again.

The place was a dump. The grass had not been mowed in a while and there were foot tall weeds outside the door. The outside looked like you were driving in to a landfill. No decor inside at all. It hardly looked open for business. The room charge increased for Saturday night and at almost $200 for the night, was a ripoff.

Disappointing

The staff was friendly. The room was mostly quiet except for nearby rooms' door slamming.

The hotel is in an isolated location. The grounds and inside the hotel were very dirty. They are doing some renovations, but the grounds had trash laying around the front and side entrances. Inside, there were pizza boxes sitting near the elevator the whole time we were there. The elevator had a sticky mess on the floor that was not cleaned. The hallway also had trash laying on the floor. The bed was very uncomfortable. The tub looked newish but was wobbly.

terrible stay

i didn’t like the fact they don’t tell mb to turn down music if that’s an issue, i was regularly listening to music in my hotel room and they kicked me out saying it’s a lot of movie complaints but nobody communicated. that is terrible service. i paid 250 just to get kicked out in less then a coupon hours i’ve been there?? terrible!!!!! bad hotel!!!!

Zero stars, super dirty!!!

The breakfast was ok. Just ok. it was very limited and nothing to write home about.

I had just gotten to the hotel after my shift after 1 in the morning. The first room I had was infested with flies. So i come downstairs. I get a second room and I cant even get in. I almost asked for my money back but it was 1am and I had to be to work the next day. My last room was better but still dirty. There was dirty marks on the floor the bathroom was not clean. I slept on the top of the blanket and did not even use the pillows. I will never come here again.

Sadly won’t be coming back.

the beds and pillows were comfy. the Receptionist that registered us was quite sweet and polite.

The Staff aside from the Woman who registered Us. the entire stay the toilet was clogged. we called upfront and was told a plunger would be dropped off shortly. We had to use plunger the entire weekend. Luckily we always bring Clorox and Lysol and that’s how we got thru the weekend. We also had to Use bathroom outside of room at times. Called for a comforter because the baby threw up in it. I am disabled and couldn’t go get it. I was told I had to go get it because there was no one else on Staff. Mind you I was placed on first floor because you didn’t have any Disabled rooms available for my stay

Could have been better!

I love the front desk employees! Especially Nika 3-11) she was a joy to get to know!

Our hotel room was not up to par for cleanliness. There was no trash can in our room, phone had no cord, mold on the shower and the shower curtain, found hair all over the shower, and a dirty towel was left on the floor by the beds.

I would stay again

newly remodeled room, comfort and I liked that the room had a front and back entrance to it

at the end of my stay numerous ants were in the room near the back door. I don't know if it was because of construction or because I never had one housekeeping lady enter the room

Wrong room

The room was nice for a double queen but I had booked a king suite. The breakfast was good and the coffee was yummy. The staff is super nice.

It appears they were making repairs In The room next door and the hammering was very loud. Also I had booked a king suite and was told none were available when I checked in.

a sad state of affairs

close to Syracuse University campus

it was under COMPLETE CONSTRUCTION and NOBODY told us this upon booking!!!! there was cement stuck to all the carpeting, dust EVERYWHERE, paint stains all over, chemical smells, broken doors, drip cloths all over and not one mention of this upon check-in either! the surprise came when we stepped off the elevator on our floor!!! very unpro. luckily our room was “clean”, but not finished!! they probably continued working on it after we left!

Terrible

Plenty of parking since they only have one floor available. Breakfast OK. But repetive menu.

Hotel was under renovation. Next to me it was a ĺiving lady with dog. It would bark at night I couldn't sleep well. Staff was friendly but trained to upsell customers switching their reservations.

Disappointing

Facility was under construction but we were not informed. Staff could not find our reservation. They did get us a room and allowed us a noon checkout. They were not sure what the check out time was supposed to be.

Used to be a favorite but no longer is.

The breakfast is good. I like the fireplace in the lobby. Coffee is available all day.

Remodeling and construction muck and noise going on. No clean linens/ room refresh despite staying there 5 nights. We requested more toilet paper on the 4th day and they left a roll but did not replace wet towels on floor or take out the filled trash cans.
