Great shuttle service on the half hour

Love that it is close to the airport and has a reasonable price. Staff is always great and the shuttle drivers are especially friendly - in a good way.
It is getting older and some of the rooms are in better shape than others. This time my room on the 4th floor felt unclean because of a badly stained carpeting.

Well located very near the airport which is really the best thing about the hotel. The staff was kind and helpful. Bed was comfortable enough. Parking was surprisingly convenient.
The nearest elevator and ice machine, and sink in our room were out of service or broken. The carpet was pretty dirty. During the night, the room was either too hot or too cold. The heating/cooling unit was exceptionally loud. The breakfast attendants were more concerned with each other as they huddled around their phones in the very oddly arranged breakfast room. They did come to life later on. The hotel breakfast is inadequate with very little healthy choices.
The hotel has declined in quality since my last stay and that is regrettable. The rating is really 6.5.
