Good hotel

Spacious room,everything looks pretty new.

Exceptional

The room was beautiful, the bed and bedding we're soooo comfortable and the shower was divine. I loved the no slip flooring in the shower. I will definitely be staying there again!

Arrived at 10:30pm left at 6:30am. It did it’s job, which was a place to sleep on the way home.

Staff at check in was friendly.

The hotel was a little difficult to locate according to google maps. It kept sending us past hotel and hotel signage iwas lacking. We drove past hotel twice. There was a weird smell in hotel.

I knew it was a 2 star hotel when I booked it. It was as expected.

The price was the cheapest. I was staying close by for work. Just me. There to sleep 1 night. No frills needed.

No shampoo. Nobody at the service desk. I literally left and went to the dollar store to be able to take a shower.

Glad they're remodeling & keeping the place fresh & updated.

The kisok check in was unexpected & confusing. Was uncomfortable with not seeing a physical human anywhere. Unhappy about not getting a receipt.

Our TV only had one channel. My husband was stuck in the room for the day and did not have access to any TV.

Worst hotel stay I have ever experienced.

Check in was easy.

Service was horrible. I checked in on a Tuesday and asked for a roll away bed for Thursday night through Saturday night. Not only did they not provide it but when I demanded it on Thursday night because my 10yr old daughter had arrived, they claimed they couldn’t provide one. The “storage” room was next to our room and when the manager called the on call staff the phone rang in the storage room. The bed wasn’t available because THE ON CALL STAFF WAS SLEEPING ON IT. We checked out that night and the staff was horrible and unconcerned with the situation.

housekeeping only offered after you are there for 4 nights. understandable due to staffing issues. Impressed with curren

close proximity to C Bar C Expo Center. smells very clean and bed was comfortable

no one works at the front desk anymore. you have to use a kiosk and the people that check you in are in India and difficult to understand. hotel is very understaffed but the staff that are onsite are wonderful and work very hard to keep the hotel clean. since there is no staff at the desk there appeared to be a homeless man who was always sitting in the lobby or outside

stay didn’t happen due to nonsense at hotel

unable to stay at location. glitch in booking.com system. it booked us for October 7th instead of October 8th. got the confirmation saying it was for the incorrect night. I immediately called the hotel to explain it was for the wrong night and requested to change to the next night. I was told to call Booking.com, which I did. I was put on hold and they spoke to the hotel about changing nights. I was told the hotel would contact me for the change of nights. At 4am my credit card was charged 169.00 and I wasn’t even at the hotel. I did not get a call or email so I called the hotel. the front desk claimed they didn’t speak to Booking.com and that they would not refund me. it’s poor management to not switch nights for an error on Booking.coms end especially when I immediately called to let them know of the error. so I had a 5 hour drive to visit my child at college and no place to stay. I will never recommend your hotel and will not ever use Booking.com in the future. I have been using this app for years with no problems but this is absolutely uncalled for. and on top of all of this, I got an alert through Booking.com saying I was a no show. Poor way to do business

Conveniently located to C Bar C

There was no breakfast at this location, our room was dirty. Door was propped open and tv was on when we first checked in. We had a very loud dog next to us. No towels or toilet paper in the room
