Our room was very clean
I didn’t like the fact that the indoor pool was cold and there was no hot tub as stated in the description when I booked online

Location
Dirty furniture, not comfortable pull out sofa bed, semi dirty bathroom, no anti slip shower mat, not enough bed linens for using pull out sofa, front desk person was a bit demeaning.

Everything was great.
The only draw back is there was a sign by the elevators that said 24/7 Starbucks, but when my wife and I returned from the concert Saturday night, no one was able to serve us. There was a "closed" sign on the counter, and it left us confused because we thought that we would be able to get a coffee no matter the time frame. Needless to say, the sign was misleading.

Breakfast staff was, especially one of the morning ladies super friendly and welcoming. A very nice welcoming note from one of the housekeepers.
The Hallway carpet (at least in 2nd & 3rd floor) very worn in front of the doors of the rooms. The desk staff did not meet "Marriott Hotel" expectation - you could not tell who they were - they had no distinctive uniform - some of them looked like one of the guests! Seemed not to have knowledge of the rooms - we were given an accessible room (did not need one) without the desk staff realizing that the closet is made for a wheelchair user (kudos for having such rooms) but staff needs to know these details. The shower head looked good, looked like nice strong shower, but the aeration of the water made the shower not feel as good as it looked! Pillows were great - I would like to buy some! Nice attempt at the décor - nice colors, but the room had the feel of "well worn" about it.

Very nice hotel, loved the staff and the room.

Cleanliness and size of room and bathroom!
Bed was VERY VERY UNCOMFORTABLE, Fridge was VERY small, and housekeeping tried to come in room before we checked out without hollering saying they were coming in. Thankfully we had the door stopper out.
