Cozy fun place to stay for families in a cute old town

We stayed in the family suite and it was so nice and comfortable. The room was very clean. Our kids loved it. The breakfast had a good variety of choices and was tasty. The shower water pressure and volume was one of the best I've experienced in a hotel. The front desk staff was so friendly and helpful. There was a tiny concession area in the lobby where you could buy snacks, small entree meals, drinks, and other necessities like Tylenol or ibuprofen. We also enjoyed exploring a little bit of Fort Madison and thought it was a cool old town with interesting history. We loved our experience and would absolutely recommend this hotel to other families.

The only thing was I was surprised there wasn't a hair dryer provided in the room, but that's still okay.

Great hotel will definitely stay there again if I’m in the area

The location was great and the bed was comfortable. The free Breakfast was good as well. Water pressure in the shower was great and the tv was huge but the staff really made me feel welcome when we arrived and when we left

There really is nothing that I could find wrong at all so I have no more to say!

check on took over an hour because communication between booking.com and the hotel was messed up. they hadn’t gotten the

quiet and convenient

beds are too high. needed to request a stool to get on to the bed which staff accommodated

lovely, helpful and very friendly staff. exceptionally clean rooms. very nice hot breakfast with real sausage, cheese, and eggs. fresh fruit, bagels, English muffins, etc. it was wonderful!

Generally a good stay, but a $$$-$$$$ in price

Best available with semi-reasonable rate.

Still claiming they can’t clean your room daily because of Covid-19…bogus. attitude indicates it’s to increase their profit out of our health and hide (skin).

Good breakfast, easy to find.

No elevator to second floor on our wing. Had to carry heavy luggage up the stairs.

Clean and comfortable stay with an amazing staff! Our family was very happy!

Outstanding staff there at the Cobblestone! Clean, comfortable rooms and great facilities. Amazing coffee bar open all the time was great - outstanding coffee! The staff was very kind and accommodating for our stay. A++ for the staff there at the Cobblestone!

Ashley the manager really helped out in a major way!! :)

Waffles were not available, but I made do with other options. My oldest was upset and didn't eat. Not a biggy, there was plenty of other options.

Not having a pool. The hotel is in a nice spot just outside of the city and would be a nice additional thing to offer guests. It was nice to have a couple of close options to eat at and a dollar general for last minute things needed. The extra food items you guys off is nice and the pizza cookers were an extra bonus.
