The lobby and the fragrance
I feel like I’m okay with valet parking, but I shouldn’t have to go retrieve my car and they didn’t put my information in the system for me to request my vehicle. The fee for valet parking was a little high, and if I’m going to pay a high fee for parking then I don’t want to pay for breakfast either one should’ve been complementary.

Location was good,no continental breakfast for as much as you pay
Prices ,they nickel and dime for everything.at this price point they could have provided a bottle of water, not charge 3 dollars a bottle in the room and should have offered breakfast

The location of the hotel to the HEART of downtown Nashville is PERFECT. Close enough to walk, far enough away to be peaceful. Room was clean although it could use a bit of an update. The hotel breakfast is a good value. It's priced fairly and the food is good.
The mattress was awful! I think it's time to invest in better quality mattresses.

I'll start by saying that I did not select this hotel. It was chosen by friends who were joining us in Nashville. Rather than staying in two different locations, we thought it would be easier to be under the same roof. The location is really good. It's just a short walk to Broadway (walking down 3rd). The Country Music Museum & Hall of Fame is also within a short walk. The hotel is far enough from Broadway that the noise & music will not be an issue when you call it a night. I felt safe walking back and forth from the hotel to Broadway. There is a Dollar General between the hotel and Broadway (on 3rd). We purchased some snacks, soda, and water for our room. There was an empty mini fridge in our room to stock beverages. And unlike some other hotel fridges I've encountered, this one does keep beverages nice and cold. The hotel is located next to Martin's, which our Uber driver recommended. We went there the first night for dinner (BBQ menu), some drinks, and to enjoy live music before heading to Broadway.
The room was outdated and very basic. I would have liked more lighting. There was a bit of confusion by the hotel staff on the billing. At check-in, the front desk staff member accidentally attached the credit card to another room because she said there was another person with my same unique name. I find that hard to believe, but it was a mistake that wouldn't have mattered if it had been effectively corrected 100% when discovered. However, the deposit for incidentals was not removed for all 3 nights, and the credit card was billed for another room's charges. When it was brought to the attention of the front desk, they did correct the issue. However, after we checked out, another charge was billed to the card! This time it was a food charge. We phoned the hotel once we were home. The card was reimbursed without an issue, but that's a lot of billing errors during a 3 night stay. My suggestion - - pay attention to your credit card charges.

Broadway.
It was not clean . There were hair at the tub. And sink was closed

Location, staff, and rooms were very nice.
I was not expecting parking to cost extra! This should be articulated better in the listing, it was not a nice surprise. I was also messaged by Booking.com saying valet parking would cost $45. Then the hotel messaged me that valet was $60+. That's a bit of a mess. I found a cheaper garage elsewhere. Spending so much extra to be downtown and charged more to park at the hotel...

Lage war gut, nah beim Zentrum und doch genug weit weg um seine Ruhe zu haben.

Location was excellent. Not too close to broadway but also not too far. Perfect for us! We could walk to all the famous music locations and restaurant! Loved our stay at this hotel. Also beautiful outdoor pool.

Rooms were comfortable, food was good
Mandatory valet parking and being charged daily even if they never moved the car during the whole stay. That’s not what I was told when checking in.

45.00 to park your car in the lot is outrageous. At one of the nicest hotels in Dallas IF you are staying there they only charge you 20.00 a night. 45.00 is highway robbery. And just because you can does not mean you should. Terrible policy. Especially since we never used it the entire visit. So it was parked on Thursday when we got there and retrieved on Monday when we checked out. And you charged me for 2 bottles of water over a 4 night stay. not like I asked for multiple bottles. I am even a Hilton Honors member. Again just because you can does not mean you should. And both my sisters had rooms here too. 2 nights for Gilmer party and 2 night for Lochala party. Does not show very much loyalty to members.
