Sehr schön - top Lage

Sehr gute Lage, gut mit dem Wagen erreichbar. Valet Parking. Wir waren im Haus 5. Sehr schönes Zimmer mit Blick auf den Mississippi. Unten im Haus 5 sehr gutes Cafe zum Frühstücken.

Parken mit 39 Dollar am Tag kommen noch dazu, genauso wie ein Frühstück.

Fantastic value, great service, comfortable and spacious rooms. A 10!

The property was in a great location, very close to the French Market. The property was in excellent condition, very clean, and picturesque.

On Saturday evening there was a wedding ceremony being held in the quad, but there were no signs posted so we almost walked right through! I would have liked there to have been a sign asking people to avoid the area during the ceremony.

Fantastic location in the quarter

The location of the hotel was fabulous and useful for exploring the quarter. Staff were very helpful, especially when it came to luggage storage and business assistance. A lot of history associated with the hotel's buildings contributed to the charm of the place. Onsite bar was a great place for an afternoon relaxing beverage.

Due to the structure of the hotel, not all areas or movement between the buildings is undercover, which can prove to be frustrating when moving luggage in the rain!

Perfect atmosphere and location for a New Orleans visit

Beautiful and clean property and room. Perfectly located within short walking distance of everything in the French Quarter.

The bed was slightly too short for me (6’3), which has never happened to me in the US before. Also our room was located in the back building of the hotel’s property which wasn’t what we expected after seeing the pics of the pool/square-located rooms. The building had a small restaurant on the backside of the lower floor, and some of that restaurant’s guests entered the hallways to go to the restroom. It felt a bit weird that non-hotel guests could just enter the hotel halls.

A lovely hotel just a few blocks from Jackson Square.

Really nice atmosphere, with a pleasant fountain garden and a nice 7-foot deep pool. We liked the lobby and parking valet service. It's got the style and character of an older place but is nicely maintained and updated in the right places (such as our bathroom, which was clean and tasteful.

Location could not have been better. Close enough to walk to Frenchman St. & other end of French Quarter. Clean and comfortable. We stayed in room 209(end of March) and it was very quiet at night. Staff extremely helpful and accommodating. We arrived early and they let us park on site, as well as kept the car a few extra hours after check out. Overall, great stay.

No microwave and the mini refrigerator didn't work.

Our stay was excellent and I wouldn't change a thing..

Location was perfect to get anywhere you needed in the city. the staff was super friendly and always greeted you.

The parking fee, but I do understand the reason being parking is a premium in the French Quarter.

Highly recommend Hotel Provincial

Staying at Hotel Provincial was a wonderful experience. From check in- to check out everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean, The location is perfect. Close enough to all the attractions yet far enough away for it to be peaceful and quite. We arrived early and the process to store our bags was very helpful. In addition we had a late flight and being able to store our bags was great because it allowed us to enjoy a full day in NOLA before going home. When we return to Nola we will absolutely stay here again. It's so close to literally everything that you want to experience about NOLA.

Wonderful! Friendly staff, clean rooms and perfect location. Great bang for your buck.

Well situated in the French Quarter - can access Jackson Square, Bourbon Street, Louis Armstrong Park, Frenchman Street, Riverwalk, streetcars, easy walk even to Treme.

It was mainly a noise issue. While the hotel itself is on a quiet road away from the bustle of Bourbon St, the room access is from the outside (no hallway) so it could get a bit noisy when other guests were returning to their rooms. Also the flush was super loud (and powerful, so I am ok with that). The facade was under construction while we were there so we did have to walk around it, but it's understandable since we were there on the off-season

Great stay. Would definitely stay here again. Location and pillows!!!

The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was great and the pillows were heavenly. (Dad gummit, I forgot to look at them and see what brand they were.) Everyone we met were helpful and courteous, funny and sweet. (even when I was frustrated and upset.)

A sentimental keychain was lost with valet. If you have anything sentimental on your keys, take it off before you hand it over to valet. Luckily mine was found, but I was very sad and disappointed.

Nice hotel w/ everything you'd need in the quiet end of the quarter.

huge gated courtyard, windows w/ shutters that open, located in the quiet part of the quarter.

Rooms on the smaller side and no smoking allowed anywhere on the property (including outdoors, parking lot, etc.)

Very enjoyable if a bit expensive for a very basic stay.

Very convenient for the French Quarter. Friendly staff who were very helpful. Valet/parking readily available.

No food, coffee/tea available. Bar was very good but closed at 9pm. It would have been to go for dinner and come back to the hotel for a drink afterwards.
