Comfortable stay in Kigali

Comfortable room, buffet breakfast, good restaurant, view. Helpful and friendly staff. Security H24. Outside pool available.

No lift, outside walk for restaurant.

It was a great vacation.

Loved the family room - two rooms connected by a small hallway, felt like a small apartment minus the kitchen.

The gym could be updated.

Lovely hotel with very attentive and warm staff. Location is perfect to enjoy a quiet stay or work

They have a good variety of breakfast and food was good. I missed some gluten free bread but there were plenty alternatives

Very bad….not a good stay especially if you re African. They treat you so bad

They messed our whole travels… I can’t ever stay there again

This hotel could be nice place for stay, if there was more individual attention to each guest.

Breakfast had good choices, but of you arrive on the second half of breakfast - then guests arrived earlier had finished most, so there was no choice. If you travel with kids, you don't have chance to come first to breakfast room. As we noticed - many local guests filled their plates 3x as much as was normal. Although the choice of breakfast was good, we were disappointed missing most good stuff. Location is also convenient for those who need close location to airport. That is why we chose this hotel. Also appearance and grounds are nice, pool, restaurant etc.

Noise and indifference of reception staff to secure our quiet sleep. As we travelled for work, we needed good rest. An d thats why I believe most hotels should be. But as we were placed right next to reception on first floor - all guests passed our rooms - and while we stayed there - there were groups, who came in late, from dinner or elswhere - 10 pm, 11 pm and later - and simply were crowded in our hall and shouted. Once we even had to call reception. Therefore - tip - if you book this hotel, ask for room on higher floor. Second - wifi was horrible. If you need to do some work, its not simply possible with this connection.

Overall good, but would seriously consider when choosing this hotel next time.

Brekafast was good, rooms nice and comfortable. Very good, that next to hotel is playgorund for children where they couold play, also while waiting our dinner.

As this time was travel with kids, we needed rest and quiet to put kids sleep. Unfortunately room was on first floor and nobody cared that any late arriving guest or large groups would not shout on the hallway of our rooms. So wach night was unpleasant noise, when guests arrived from dinner or elswehere and shouted long time for no reason in the hall. Reception did nothing to prevent it. Also there was most food gone when we arrived to the breakfast as family.

Need a consultant to help in differents department.

The buffet at the lunch was exelent...

1 rooms had no water, 2 room got a bad smeel from the bathroom. + shower low hot water. shower glass nead repear. The hot BF was ok, cold side not much options. very ofen no brown bread available after 8h30 am. one jam for all the customers, no cheese.. some receptionist and staffs wasn't great at all. the manager from the restaurant was great. Pool : can t swim before 11 am why? towels extras cost? TV not working properly no much channels. couldnt open the big windows. when rain the terrase was floaded

The staff were amazing. The food in the restaurant was okay.

I was staying for one night between Volcanoes national park and Nyungwe so I needed somewhere to relax. However there was loud music by the pool all day and in to the night which I could clearly hear in my room with the door shut which meant I couldn't relax at all

My stay at Nobleza was a pleasant one. The property is absolutely beautiful and serene.

I appreciated that the hotel had a driver to receive me at 3:00 am from the airport without a charge. The ride to and from the airport is free. The individual was on time, and my ride to the hotel was smooth. The room was clean and spacious and had all the necessities for comfort. Moreover, I loved the breakfast! (included). As a non-meat eater, I was happy to see food items to choose from for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I also liked the property and location. The property has nicely manicured lawns and a vast picture-postcard landscape view. It rained at times, which added a romantic feel to the place. The major attractions in Kigali are not too far from the hotel. The hotel helped with reserving a car to the attractions. The fee was quite reasonable. While the Rwandan Franc is the currency, the American dollar was accepted. I found the staff members I interacted with to be welcoming and accommodating. However, I want to acknowledge Yves, Arnold, and Gason. They went above and beyond to ensure I had an enjoyable stay.

There wasn't anything I did not like.

Great facilities awful internet

They have amazing facilities in terms of the rooms and swimming pool. The swimming pool is a proper on in terms of length and depth. The food options are also great. I enjoyed their breakfast.

Their internet was awful. It was intermittent or extremely slow. Also had issues with my initial room. The inside lock wasn't working so I was moved to another one. However the second one had issues with the shower which wasnt working. So I moved between the rooms to take a shower.

absolutely recommend!

Everything worked out fine, airport shuttle service is a big plus. I would say excellent value for money with a very convenient location (close to the airport). Breakfast was very nice, great coffee/cappuccino!

Next time we would choose a room with garden view instead of city view.

my stay was good

the breakfast was good with natural varieties.

You should put coffee in rooms and humidifier since there is no air conditioners. Also the conference facilities such as chairs are not good for health.

You will have THE view about Kigali, but you need to ask for it

The view is breathtaking! A big busstation and boda collecting area is just nearby. Very good breakfast!

It was a bit confusing with the rooms on the beginning but the staff found a good solution

My stay was excellent and i d highly recommend the hotel to anypne coming to KIGALI

The rooms are spacious and comfortable, the breakfast was very good and the pick up from Airport was very punctual and efficient.

There is need to put Air Conditioning in the room and also improve the capacity of the wifi

The place is clean

Some of the front desk guys were very unprofessional. I booked for a room for 2 adults and 1 had to argue with them to let my fiancee in. And this happened several times. The front desk clerks were very rude. These were 2 males working evening shift. The first day I came they said we don'tallow visitors yet I booked for 2 adults. Very unprofessional and I will never recommend anyone to stay there. Housekeeping was very good. I wanted to bring it up to management but the other guy said he was the manager.. I was not happy with the front desk, especially 2 males working evening shift from the 30th of April.
