Services on request bookable in advance for a feee: •Driver from and to the main airports The neighborhood of San Maurilio, as well as being strategically located just a few minutes from the Duomo has a great personality and charm. You can enjoy this district, where there are antique shops, small artists laboratories, designer ateliers. Via San Maurilio and adjoining streets are worth a visit and getting lost in the small adjoining roads. You will be in the center of Milan. you can take the Metro from the Duomo Cathedral where pass all the metro lines. The red line leads in a few stops at Rho-Fiera. You can walk till via Torino were you have the oldest Milan tram line with still the old wooden carriages, the # 1 and 14 that will take you to Corso Genova. If you come by car, you should know that you are entering the area c (surcharge). Under house there are two garages where you can leave your car for longer stays, we will arrange a cheaper parking Please note that the check-in is from 15.00 till 19.00 and the check-out form 9.00 till 11.00. For request of late check in we will let you know if we can accept it. Silvio, property manager is incredibly accommodating, the apartment was perfect for 5 adults; chic, well appointed, and perfectly situated. Short walk to the Duomo, Castle and other ‘must-see’ locations. Convenient to neighborhood restaurants and coffee shops. Will absolutely be back.

Incredible apartment
Silvio, property manager is incredibly accommodating, the apartment was perfect for 5 adults; chic, well appointed, and perfectly situated. Short walk to the Duomo, Castle and other ‘must-see’ locations. Convenient to neighborhood restaurants and coffee shops. Will absolutely be back.

Very typical italian bachelor pad style apartment. Could use some refreshing and furniture updating especially in the tiny loft bedroom which has no air conditioning and is hot If you don't mind the sound of Milan's youth partying into the night, this centrally located apartment meets the essential needs and is in walking distance to the Duomo and Galleria. Very nice hostess and entryway is with an on duty doorman is very pretty.

Near The Duomo
Very typical italian bachelor pad style apartment. Could use some refreshing and furniture updating especially in the tiny loft bedroom which has no air conditioning and is hot If you don't mind the sound of Milan's youth partying into the night, this centrally located apartment meets the essential needs and is in walking distance to the Duomo and Galleria. Very nice hostess and entryway is with an on duty doorman is very pretty.

ACHTUNG! NIE WIEDER!!!
- Es war kalt in der Wohnung, da die Nachtspeicheröfen nicht richtig geheizt haben
- Verschimmelte Fugen und Türen im Bad
- Sehr hellhörig! Wenn jemand im Treppenhaus gelaufen ist, hatte man das gefühlt derjenige steht im Schlafzimmer
- Sehr laut von der Straßenseite, Fenster uralt!
- Komplett schmutzige und abgewohnte Wände
- Es wurde nicht geputzt!!!
- Haare von den vorherigen in den Bädern!
- Eklige Flecken auf den Sofas und dem Teppich
- Achtung! Im OG steht nur ein kleines Bett, ist ausreichend für 1 Person!
- Decke der Dusche im OG ist komplett verschimmelt außerdem kann man nicht darin stehen, wenn man über 1.50 m groß ist, falls man darin überhaupt duschen will.
- Ausstattung der Küche ist schlecht, es ist wirklich nur das aller nötigste da!
- Das einzige „Plus“ ist die super zentrale Lage in einer schönen Wohngegend!!!
- Das war die bisher schlechteste Wohnung in der wir je waren und wir haben viel Erfahrung mit verschiedenen Ferienunterkünften.
- Mit etwas mehr Mühe und weniger Geldgier könnte man die Wohnung wirklich in ein Schmuckstück verwandeln, dies spiegelt ja auch die anderen guten, für mich im Moment völlig unverständlichen Bewertungen wieder.
- Nach Beschwerde unsererseits, kam man uns in keiner Weise entgegen, außer das jemand in die Wohnung ging und man uns dies vorab nicht mitteilte um den Schimmel in der Dusche im OG zu entfernen.
- Und das schlimmste, wir haben sehr viel Geld für diese Wohnung bezahlen müssen, wäre es wenigstens billiger gewesen, hätte man diese Zustände eher hinnehmen können als so!!!

Appartement très agréable
Idéalement situé dans le centre de Milan. La climatisation est bienvenue en été. 5 couchages confortables, le 6° plus rustique (le lit double du haut n'est vraiment pas large).
Décoration et mobilier un peu vieillis.

L‘unico problema è che in strada di sera fino a notte tarda che casino, davanti al bar c’è tantissima gente, che chiacchiera e fa baldoria Fino a notte fonda,quindi si dorme poco.

Although the location was excellent the apartment definitely needs some TLC and the description is slightly misleading. Description: The gentlemen (concierge) who we saw each day spoke no English. The apartment does face a quiet courtyard on the kitchen side but the bedrooms face a noisy street.
TLC: We arrived to find a dirty fork in the kitchen sink and a handle for the kitchen window laying on the floor. Some of the living room/dining room furniture is broken and could be replaced or repaired. A good cleaning of the shower would also be a plus. Also, this is the first time I stayed at an apartment where I had to run out and purchase toilet paper since additional rolls were not provided. As mentioned the location is excellent and the apartment is spacious. I just wish a little more attention was spent on the upkeep and communication with the house manager was better.

Lage super, check in und -out sehr entgegenkommend variabel.
Lage für Kunst-besuch super, alles zu Fuß machbar. Unterer Wohnungsteil gut, sauber und praktisch eingerichtet, Bäder perfekt zu viert. Obere Ebene sehr niedrig und ohne eigenes Fenster, im Winter brauchbar.

Even though we struggled to find the apartment, it was well worth it. Excellent location, within walking distance, no more then 0 minutes, to the Duomo and shopping areas. All historical places within 20-25 minute walk.
The apartment was as pictured, wide open, heaters worked great, confortable, the down stairs bed might need some improvement but it was tolerable.

We had a very pleasant stay. Airco was already running and a friendly owner. Really close to everything you need, food, drinks, culture, trainstation and shopping.

Convenient, well prepped, plenty of room for the four of us.
Great apartment in a great location. We stayed here for four nights and had no issues. There was some me refurbishment going on in the apartment next door, but they were nice enough to not start until 9 a.m. Several fantastic restaurants close by and convenient to trains and metro.
