Situated in Niagara Falls, this attractive house for R 3,578 per night is a great option for your next trip. Located in a lovely area of Niagara Falls, this 3 bedroom, 2 bath house is located only 3.3 miles from Niagara Falls State Park. The master bedroom with attached bath is located on the first floor and has a king bed. The other two bedrooms are located on the second floor. One of the rooms has a queen bed with a small sitting room attached that has a twin bed for an extra guest. The other bedroom has a double bed. The other full bathroom is on the second floor. On the first floor in addition to the master bedroom, is the kitchen, living room and dining room, and back hallway that leads to a screened in porch and the back yard. The house, built in 1920, is in the Deveaux area of Niagara Falls, a beautiful residential neighborhood, situated near Niagara University. The house is a 10-minute walk to the Whirlpool and Devil’s Hole State Parks and a 10 min. drive or 20 min. bike ride along the Gorge to the Niagara Falls State Park. Lewiston is also a short drive up the parkway and has many cute shops and nice restaurants. The house is most easily accessed by car but the NFTA buses do run along Lewiston Road which is on the corner and goes to either Lewiston or to Niagara Falls. The house has wi-fi throughout. There is a SmartTV and DVD player in the master bedroom, but there is no cable (we do have an interior antenna for broadcast channels). There is a driveway for you to use to park your vehicle. Pets will be considered.

A comfortable older home close to all the sites in the Niagara Falls area that allowed our party of five adults space for both conversation and privacy. We appreciated the backyard and the off street parking and proximity to the Devil’s Hole.

The house was perfect for us. It was located close to everything we wanted to do in the area. The property owner provided helpful information about the house and the local area. She also provided her cell number for easy communication if needed. The property was everything we were expecting. We had a great time during our stay. The house was so cute and perfect for our needs. I am glad we stayed at this house during our vacation.

Beautiful old home, great location in a very peaceful neighborhood. The home was very clean and Carroll the host was very friendly and easy to communicate with. Minutes from Niagara Falls and other attractions. It was perfect for our little family of 3. The cute fenced in backyard was great for our little girl and pup to play in while we relaxed in the screen in porch. Would definitely recommend and will be returning in the future.

Unfortunately there was an incident and we were unable to stay but the house was very clean older house in a decent neighborhood. The hostess was wonderful in dealing with our issue quickly and was very kind and helpful! I would highly recommend! And would stay if ever in the area again!

This is a old house and decorated as such, with vintage furniture, flooring and layout. If you do not appreciate and value the beauty of an older home then this isn’t for you. If you do, I recommend staying here. Beautiful home, great location and peaceful neighborhood. It was like stepping back in time. Loved it!! As 2 single moms, taking 4 kids for a long weekend getaway, this was perfect!! If I go back, I will definitely stay again. Hosts were awesome!

This cute little bungalow was the perfect escape after busy days touring Niagara Falls. We enjoyed proximity to the falls and the quiet neighborhood. The host was very easy to communicate with and everything was very clear. There was plenty of space to spread out. Our favorite little nook was the window seat - perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning. House was very clean with plenty of bedding and towels. All in all, a great stay!

Rental was as described. Owners were communicative throughout our stay. Good location, I’d welcome returning in summer when we could take more advantage of outdoors. Close to University, which was the reason for our trip, and also to the Falls and the border. Stores and restaurants just a short drive away when we needed anything. Older home in a quiet neighborhood. Check-in was tricky as there was a winter storm before we arrived and driveway and outdoor stairs were icy, and therefore difficult to maneuver. This was the only issue but it didn’t resolve itself during our stay.

This was the second time my husband and I stayed in this home. The house is very clean and comfortable. It is an older home in a very nice neighborhood close to the falls and hiking trails. It is also a short drive to Lewiston. Would stay again.

First time to Niagara Falls. The location was perfect in a nice neighborhood. Was worried about the small single tv but didn’t really need it. There is so much to do and was conveniently located for easy access to everything. I can’t say enough how much we enjoyed our stay.

Start to finish, our whole experience with this rental couldn't have been easier. Carroll is a great communicator and her home has all the basics that you may need. Awesome location for a trip to the falls. We brought our dogs and they enjoyed the fenced in backyard. House was spotless when we arrived and we only used the downstairs King size bed, which was very comfortable. Check out Griffon Gastropub and Brando's pizza.... both were sooo good! We would definitely stay here again on our next trip if available. Thanks again!

It was a nice quiet neighborhood that we could walk our pup down the street and talk to some of the neighbors that might be out. The home was close to everything that we wanted to do or see while in Niagra Falls. Would recommend!

We were very pleased with this home. It has great character and is in a quiet residential area. We appreciated that it was dog friendly and even had a fenced in yard. Communication with the host was excellent. The location is great for exploring the local attractions.

We were visiting the area for a graduation and wanted to extend our stay for a few days. We really enjoyed this home, and it worked very well for our family (Parents and Adult Kids). We liked this property because it had four beds and was close to Lewiston for the Whirlpool Jet Boat rides, the state parks, Fort Niagara and also Niagara Falls. It was the perfect “in between” location in a cute, quite neighborhood.

This was a lovely, older home in a walkable, quiet neighborhood. Th house is full of historic character and charm. The house is not perfect, the stairs and floors creaked and the furnishings are a dated, but for us, the house was very comfortable. We hope to use it again in the future.
