Excellence experience
Visited Milan to attend the 2019 Monza GP. Excellence experience . The property manager was very helpful in guiding us to the property, explaining aspects of the apartment, traveling in the city and dining options. The property was very clean , but a little dated . Location good for Malin , but for visitors to the GP it was a circa 2 -2.5 hrs commute ( tram -> train -> bus). This was my first experience using Home & Away , which I consider very positive

Wonderful stay in Milan
Fabio was a terrific host - welcoming with warmth, helpfulness and superb communication. He met us at the apartment exactly on time, gave us a tour and even had a chilled bottle of Prosecco waiting for us after our long travel day. The apartment was spotless, fully functional and a close walk to the supermarket and restaurants. We would highly recommend without hesitation staying at Fabio’s place.

This 2 bedroom apt was very clean, well appointed and quiet within walking distance of Milan Cathedral and other places of interest in Milan. It's about a 20-minute ride from Central Station on the tram. Our host Fabio was very polite and helpful.
I would most certainly recommend this apt.

Fabio è un host perfetto, davvero molto cortese, gentile e disponibile. L'appartamento è grande e confortevole. Ci sono tutti i comforts che potete trovare a casa vostra. E' inoltre comodo e non è disturbato da grossi flussi di traffico auto. Consigliatissimo

The apartment is in a great location. Easy to get to either the central train station or central Milan. A quiet neighborhood with a grocery store, as well as other shops and restaurants nearby. The tram and taxi stand are nearby too. The apartment is wonderful. Very spacious. Nicely decorated. And has everything you need. Fabio is a great host! He was very helpful with information regarding Milan. I highly recommend this apartment! We enjoyed our stay very much!

Fabio's place is clean, neat, beautiful, conveniently located. Feel like your own home. If you like farmers market, it is on Thursday right outside your windows. All the fresh fruits and vegetables at reasonable price and good quality. Fabio is a thoughtful and generous host. He even went out of his way to take us to the train station. Highly recommended.

Très bon accueil, avec petites attentions de bienvenue qui font toujours plaisir. Appartement très bien situé dans un agréable quartier. Petit bémol : simple vitrage donc bruyant mais à part cela, toutes les commodités y sont. Très pratique avec enfants en bas âge. A recommander.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour, l'appartement est très bien situé pour la visite de la ville, nous avons tout fait à pied ou en tramway.
Les italiens sont très accueillants.

Tolle Lage und viel Platz
Wir waren für ein verlängertes Wochenende zu viert hier und haben uns in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Geräumig und sehr sauber, auch das Bad. Und die Lage ist optimal, um die Stadt zu Fuß zu erkunden. Geschäfte und Restaurants, alles, was man braucht, ist gleich in der Nähe. Noch dazu war Fabio bei Fragen jederzeit per Mail oder Handy erreichbar, optimale Absprache auch im Vorfeld zur Schlüsselübergabe, zudem konnten wir unser Gepäck am Abreisetag problemlos bis 17 Uhr in der Wohnung lassen. Bewachte Tiefgarage (18 Euro/Tag) ist gleich in der Nähe. Wir empfehlen die Wohnung deshalb sehr gerne weiter!

Tolle zentrumsnahe Wohnung
Die Wohnung ist ideal gelegen, gut ausgestattet und tiptop sauber. Wir haben uns als fünfköpfige Familie sehr wohl gefühlt.
Das Zentrum ist problemlos zu Fuß zu erreichen, Bahn- und Bushaltestellen sind ebenfalls in unmittelbarer Nähe. Auch ein Supermarkt und mehrere Restaurants sind um die Ecke.
Fabio stand uns stets mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Vielen Dank noch einmal dafür!
Wir können diese Wohnung uneingeschränkt empfehlen.

A home away from home
Gut ausgestattete, sehr saubere Wohnung in zentraler Lage. Gute Anbindung an das öffentliche Verkehrsnetz (Bus, Tram, Metro), zahlreiche Gaststätten (mit gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis) und ein gutsortierter Supermarkt in Laufnähe.
Die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit und nett und hatten sehr hilfreiches Infomaterial über Mailand bereit gelegt.
Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen bestimmt wieder.

We really liked the stay in your appartement! It was fully equipped (surprisingly even with some basic food & beverages!!!). The appartement is in walking distance to the city centre yet quietly located in a small street. Thanks to our hosts that were very hospitable and helpful! See you the next time in Milano!

My colleagues and I enjoyed our stay in Milano very much, we felt very much at home in your apartment and and give 5 stars for that. The kitchen may be a little more comfortable - but on the whole, it is adequate for a short stay . The neighborhood is very nice and there are excellent restaurants and shops within walking distance. The easy walk in 10 minutes to Milan Dom -this is realy great !
