a great clean flat in a very central location

We have been welcomed by Daniela, who has showed us the amenities of the apartment; the flat is 5 mn walking from the train station. it is also walking distance from the main places of FLorence. The flat was super clean; specially the bathrooms. the beds are very confortable. to sum it up, we had a great stay ! i highly recommend it.

Didn't expect it.

My family and I of 4 stayed for 3 nights in mid Sept 23. This property was so near the main train station and within walking distances to areas we wanted to visit. The apartment was very clean and comfortable for us. The supermarket is just below and it made grocery shopping a pleasure. Daniella was very kind and let us check into the apartment at 2.30pm instead of 3pm.

The wifi router is in one of the bedrooms thus signals can be weaker when the bedroom door is closed. But this is not a show stopper.

Stove top not easy to use and only takes ss pans, no consumables there like… oil, dish liquid, tea towel, no breakfast items like the other apartments had through our travels on the way to this one. I expected more for what we paid

It was all about the location, everything was within walking distance.

Location, Location, Location! The place was not the cleanest and it was rather small for four people. But, because of the location, the size of the apartment was not a huge factor. we were there for 8 days which is about the most I would do in the place we stayed.

A few things to note: 1. We like to sleep with the windows open, but from about day two, the mosquitoes attacked us forcing us to keep the windows closed, but they never seemed to go away! 2. The showers were on the small size, and don't flush the toilet if someone was taking a shower. Plus, the shower head was zip tied to the wall. 3. The floor was sticky and felt dirty, which required us the wear our shoes or slippers.

very convenient to supermarket and food (McD is just next door) and town centre. and next to the train station.

being near to the station and town centre means there will be characters loitering at the front door of the building each time you want to enter and leave.

Great location but noisy!

Great location next to the train station. The host was very helpful upon check-in. The apartment is modern and clean.

The apartment is on a very busy/loud road, on which one of the bedrooms face - the folks sleeping in that room didn't get any sleep due to the noise. The shower water pressure and temperature was poor. Only 2 people could shower before the shower produced only cold water, and a mere drip at that.

Excellent two night stay near train station

The apartment was located conveniently near the main train station with easy walking access to many nearby restaurants, shops, and tourist sites. The building is high quality and secure with key fob access. The representative who met us upon check in was friendly, punctual, and thorough. we enjoyed the spaciousness of the unit with 2 generous bedrooms and 2 baths. it was clean and the beds were comfortable. Guests can either use the small elevator or the stairs to gain access to the floor where the unit is.

We noticed a couple of very minor details needing maintenance, but not enough to impact our stay. There can be quite a bit of street noise for the bedroom that faces the busy street in front. Ear plugs or a white noise app on your phone can help.

.Easy pre arrival communication. Very short walk from the station. We were met at the apartment on arrival so we could leave our luggage before usual check in, and start exploring the city. Really convenient location. Highly recommended

Very good

This apartment was across the street and around the corner from the Florence train station. I chose it for the convenience. The host messaged us before we arrived with a picture and meeting place in the train station so we would not get lost. Luciano was waiting for us when we got off the train and escorted us to the apartment. The apartment is in an old building but the unit is very nicely renovated. Very comfy and nice decor. We slept well. Easy walk to most tourist sites in Florence.

Wish there was a washing machine in the unit. There is a sewage odour as you walk in the ground floor lobby (it is an old building). Fortunately, the apartment is on the 3rd floor with no bad smells.

just the pan handlers outside the property. one man tried to get by walking behind my brother. my brother told him to leave and he did.

Very good

The location is excellent, opposite the railway station and near the sights. The adjacent rooms with separate bathrooms were ideal for the family.

The kitchen could have been better equipped.

- The flat is clean and Spacious - 2 minutes walking from train station - 5 minutes walking from main attractions - Supermarket is in the same building _ lots of Italian restaurants on the left side - Staff talking English very well and kevin is very fast in responding and ready any time to help

There was bad smell and when i contacted kevin, he advised to close Master bedroom window and that worked. I advise to keep that window closed in order to enjoy your stay
