The location was wonderful, the staff were very helpful, and the facility itself was just great
Our coffee pot was unplugged and the plug was behind the refrigerator so we did not get our coffee the morning

Hotel was beautiful and elegant and very clean. Everyone on the staff were very friendly, professional and helpful. I read reviews before staying at any hotel and these were spot on. The lobby is designed very beautifully and the rooms are clean, comfortable and delightful. We wanted to stay downtown but this area in the medical district was perfect!

Excellent hotel, but unfortunately worst vale service. Definitely self parking would be better.

Quick service. Lots of staff looking out to meet my needs.
Staffing structure in the restaurant was confusing. Was never sure who my server was.

Breakfast was good, location wasn’t far from Downtown
What I did not like was, the rooms have no microwave. There is a $25 fee to have a microwave brought to your room.

we stayed there because a family member was in a hospital in the area. The staff was great and it was very conveniently located. The gym and other facilities were excellent.
It would have been good if the bar was open past 10 pm on Friday. There is not really anything in the area, and it would have been nice to have a cocktail after a long day.
