The rental was as listed. Ot was a nice to be able to arrive to a full size refrigerator, stove, regular coffee pot, microwave and dishes ready to cook if wanted to. Only thing I missed was my Keurig however we made do with the regular pot provided and I appreciated it! And for the few negative comments on emoting the humidifier~ it IS ~worth emptying it! It makes a difference having it. Your room is not sticky as if youre on the beach!! Thank you Jay for sharing your place with us it was wonderful!

I think what makes this condo a great option is it's location within the Caravelle resort. Within steps to the beach and the pools with a nice grassy area out front also. Full kitchen, though missing a full set of pots/pans, cozy bed, nice bathroom. The essentials are covered in this condo. The negatives are: it being an older resort, it has a window unit that has some age to it. There's a dehumidifier to help it out and I used it throughout my stay. The condo itself is very full of furniture and it felt overly crowded to me for the space. I wouldn't recommend it for more than two people, or maybe two adults and a child at max. Parking can be crowded and tough in the resort during peak season. The beach was beautiful, but the vibe of Myrtle Beach wasn't great for me personally. This is nothing against the condo itself, but just to perhaps look into the culture of Myrtle Beach if you're interested in coming here. It seemed more party oriented and trashy consumerism oriented to me. Not many places to enjoy nature. People seemed overly concerned about my safety when I was simply meditating or laying down on the beach, which I found strange and let me know that people there were not used to being around mindfulness oriented people and perhaps thought I was intoxicated simply because I was being still. That said, if Myrtle Beach is where you want to be, this spot is great, and the hosts are very accommodating and responsive.

Location and access to beach was exceptional. Ground unit and no need to deal with hassle of using/waiting for elevators. Better to use parking deck across the street. If you arrive early, use the parking on the street, its easy just call the number on the meter and you can leave your vehicle until check-in time without the worry of getting towed. Keyless entry is flawless and stressfree. Unit was equipped with everything you need, including items for the beach. Pictures of property were spot on. Owners were quick to respond and happy to help with anything. The reviews for this property are excellent and match what we received. This particular VRBO owner really cares about their property and it shows. You won't be disappointed. Awesome getaway and we would love to return

We truly enjoyed the condo, nice size room for just the two of us. Great Location, pretty clean facilities, and no issues!! Its a popular Resort, so lot of people at the pool and kids in the hot tub. No problems at all For us. We loved the hammocks, they are several Areas on the property to hangout! There is also an indoor pool with two hot tubs, we didn't get to experience. I would have loved a few more cooking items, but we made it work!! Loved that the beach is right there, so nice to be able to sit on the porch and sip my coffee. The parking garage is a headache, fills up. We ended up parking at a meter right by the resort, it was easy just not free. We would book Here again in the future!!

We truly enjoyed our stay! The location was everything!!! Had an issue whenever I first got there but spoke to Jay and quickly found what we needed. We spent the day on the beach just steps away from our door. Loved the ease of access! Forgot something in the room and took less than 3 mins to get back. Loved that it had everything that I needed. Extra pillows, extra bedding, pots and pans, dish soap and most importantly a vacuum that worked great!!! I loved that there were toys there for my kids already. The bed was so comfortable, made my husband reconsider our bed at home lol. The bed has sharp corners so be careful with little ones. The pools were nice. We mostly stayed in the “lazy River” pool because it was warmer than the others. Again the location was fantastic! I’m definitely coming to stay again!

We enjoyed everything about our stay, the only issue was that the hot tub was down for 2 days. I did inform the staff each day and it was eventually resolved! That being said we loved the room and the accessibility to the ocean.

It was in a nice location but too much stuff in the unit. We hurt ourselves a few times. Smashed our heads on light over the table, tripped several times over carpet covering cable cord, and bed ends in pointy, knee level. Kitchen n has We needed pillow cases and a spaghetti pot, they brought them to us very fast.

If you're looking for an oceanfront location, this is it! The king bed is the best and is so comfortable. I enjoyed sitting on the patio in the rocking chairs, staring out into the ocean. There is a nice pizza place across the street. The room has everything you need for a comfortable stay. I stayed with my husband and two kids - 9 and 16. They were comfortable on the pull-out sofa bed. The pools are nice and the kiddie play area is nice as well. I enjoyed the lazy river. There is also a pool on the 7th floor. The outside hot tub on the 7th floor is amazing! While you cannot eat at the onsite hotel (Maria's), they keep complimentary coffee right by the door for guests which we enjoyed during our stay.

My husband and I have been renting the Blue Heron twice every summer for several years now. This 1st floor unit has everything we want and need— cleanliness, comfort, a nice supply of necessities, a rocking chair porch with an ocean view, a 3-minute walk to the beach, and is convenient to everything Myrtle Beach has to offer. Easy to communicate with the owners is a plus!

Great stay.... would recommend a bigger dehumidifier and cleaning it and the vents because we dumped it several times during our stay and it's dirty ..didn't like touching it vent in bathroom needs to be cleaned. These were not major issues for us and didn't ruin our stay.
