Situated in Florence, this lovely condo for R 3,592 per night is a great choice for your next break. Very ample apartment situated on the top (fourth) floor with lift, air conditioning and all comforts. Located between Via de' Medici and Via degli Speziali, close to Piazza della Repubblica, Piazza Duomo and Piazza della Signoria, it has a wonderful view of the Cathedral Dome, of Giotto's bell tower, Orsanmichele and Palazzo Vecchio. The apartment is composed of an ample living room with sofa bed, three bedrooms (two rooms with super king size bed and one room with two single beds), a fully-equipped gourmet kitchen and one bathroom with bathtub. The apartment has been very recently refurbished, as we moved out to go live in the countryside. The place is spacious and full of comfort! Beds were great, rooms were well appointed, kitchen is nicely set up. And the bathroom is newly redone. Location is super with views of the dome and tower of the Duomo from the kitchen. Easy access to anything and the area is alive with activity! Host was super responsive and easy to work with. We hope to be back soon!!

When we looked out the kitchen window we could see the dome of the Santa Maria del Fiore Basilica and Giotto's Bell Tower! And at night it's all lit up against the night sky! Spectacular!! The apartment was wonderful. It was spotlessly clean and provided us with everything we needed. The location was great and easy to get around the city. There was a taxi stand right around the corner. There are lots of shops to buy groceries and restaurants in easy walking distance. We would definately recommend this property to everyone!

The location was spectacular. Couldn’t ask for a better spot. The check in was extremely easy and check out as well. We will very likely stay here when we visit Florence again!

Perfect location! We could walk to the Duomo, palazzo Vecchio, Uffizi gallery, Acadenia Gallery, Ponte Vecchio, the restaurants, supermarket etc. The apartment was spacious, clean and with many amenities. Could not have asked for more! Our view from the kitchen window was the Duomo. When we arrived, someone was already waiting for us, showed the apartment and also gave some suggestions for places to eat and shop. We highly recommend this place and would love to return some day! Wow! Fantastic location, easy short walk to all important sites. Well appointed kitchen, everything we needed. Checkin was super easy as property manager was waiting for us and gave us a brief walk through and his personal number if we had questions. I would definitely stay here again if we come back to Florence

We were present on a Saturday evening and though there was some late music we enjoyed hearing it. Just to see based on other posts, I closed the windows and shutters for a minute and it completely blocked the music if you had a concern. Overall, a great stay.

Lovely apartment/perfect location
Lovely and comfortable air conditioned apartment (Florence hit 105F while we were there) in the heart of the historic area. Walking distance from everything yet quiet for sleeping. Stephano very helpful with dinning suggestions and came immediately the next morning when we had difficulty figuring out the air conditioning controls.

Living in the city
We booked 3 weeks in the center of the old city. The location was perfect for walking everywhere. It was a 15 min walk to the train and a 30 min taxi ride from the airport. For you country folk, remember city living is noisy especially from 8-12pm. Since we were literally steps to the beautiful Piazza del Republica, the evenings were hopping with music and people. The apartment was well appointed and roomy. It has 3 bedrooms and one reasonable size bathroom with a tub/shower. The kitchen was well equipped and we cooked a number of meals. We were so glad there was an elevator as we were on the 4th floor. Stefano was very responsive and the apartment was cleaned weekly. We certainly would return and recommend it. Thanks so much.

We loved this apartment in Florence and I would visit again just to stay here, the host really allowed us to feel at home. Basic food necessities such as jam and biscuits were an added bonus, including a bottle of wine!!
The apartment is easy walking distance from the main station, but it is easy enough to get a taxi if you prefer.
We were a party of 5 adults and were very comfortable in this apartment. There is a shower and a bath which is rare in most apartments but I took advantage of it after long days of travel.
It is a beautiful open plan apartment with lovely furnishings, I really felt like a local in amongst it all!! Plenty of dining options within walking distance and high end shopping too!
Strongly recommend this place, do yourself a favour and make it your place to stop when in Florence.

This particular apartment has set a new high standard for all VRBO or Homeaway locations. I have used VRBO for in Spain, Florida, Mexico and California and all owners need to learn from these hosts. It was the small additional amenities and attention to small details that made our stay better than had we stayed in a five star hotel.We are three very active older travelers and really appreciated being so close to all the sights and activities that we wanted to see and do in Florence. This location by far made our whole trip to Italy a grand experience.

Great location, lots of space!
We really enjoyed our stay here while visiting Florence. The location was excellent and close to everything we wanted to see. The apartment was spacious and accommodated our family well. It does only have one bathroom so while it comfortably sleeps 6 people it is probably best for families. The washer/ dryer is a combo unit and the cycles are long so while you can do laundry it takes a while to just get one load done. Everything was clean and in order when we arrived so would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful spacious apartment
We stayed here for a full week including New Years 2018. This place was perfect for our family of 4 (and could have easily accommodated more). It was clean, comfortable, spacious and perfectly located right in the heart of Florence and walking distance to everything. We loved it. One word of caution-if a great shower is important to you, this might not suit you. It’s perfectly functional but not luxurious. Otherwise, this is the place!

Great, central location for those who also like music drifting in the windows!
The apartment was attractively furnished but needed a coffee/cocktail table in front of the sofa to make the living room a more functional gathering place. As mentioned above, we loved the location, allowing us to walk everywhere and enjoy the riches and restaurants of Florence.

Wonderful apartment
The apartment was large, clean and well stocked. It is very centrally located so it is an easy walk to all the major sights as well as the train station. The only downside to the location is the noise from the square at night.
We would definitely recommend this apartment.

A Room With A View
Perfect apartment in the center of it all. Views galore. The Duomo from the kitchen and the Palazzo Vecchio from the living room. We'd come home from a long day touring, open the living room window and let the guitar player in the Piazza della Repubblica softly serenade us. The apartment itself is spotless and has everything you could need, including a washer AND dryer. The owner was very nice and communication with her was excellent. We arranged for a time to meet to get the keys but got very lost (our mistake) and were an hour late. She skipped an important appointment to make sure she was there to greet us and let us in. We were so grateful. I highly recommend this apartment. It was perfect for our family of 6. Thank you Serena!

Fantastic Rental, Views! Central Location
Wonderful, spacious, high-end rental, highly recommended, just as shown in the photos!!! Incredible view of the Duomo dome from the kitchen and living room, great location, nice elevator, very quiet on the 4th floor. We were met promptly, and everything was clean and in good condition. The beds were comfortable, and the air conditioning was exceptional good (very appreciated during the hot August weather)! The kitchen is large with plenty of pots/pans/dishes/cooking utensils and appliances (toaster, coffee maker) and some dry goods, and Serena thoughtfully left a cold for us in the refrigerator. Fast wifi and a nice smart TV that connects to the internet. Serena always responded quickly to emails. We did not need anything during our stay. We would highly recommend this rental to anyone!

Excellent property in heart of Florence
Really nice apartment in centre of Florence. Very convenient for all the sights, Duomo, Uffizi, Palazzo Vecchio all within a few minutes. We were greeted on arrival and made to feel very welcome and there was a very useful file containing information about where to shop, restaurant recommendations and other useful stuff. All communication with host was excellent. Really good kitchen facilities which we made use of on a few occasions after visits to the nearby markets but there were also loads of fantastic eating places nearby. Thoroughly recommended - David

Lovely apartment with outstanding location
We spent 5 nights in Serena's lovely apartment. The apartment was large enough for the 5 of us to have plenty of room and was very clean. The views from the windows were beautiful and it has all of the amenities you would want. It is located within walking distance of all the main points of interest in Florence. Serena was very accommodating and promptly responded to inquiries. She provided information about the apartment and Florence and was very kind to us. We would definitely stay there again.

Excellent apt! Walk everywhere!
Serena's apt is spotlessly clean, and comfortable. Good wifi access throughout. Easy walking distance to everything. We traveled with 2 adults and 2 young adults, but this apt would easily accommodate a much larger group. There are 2 bedrooms with queen beds, a bedroom with 2 twins, plus the sofa.
Accessibility notes: There is 1 step to get into the building, plus the step to get onto the sidewalk to begin with. The lift is small, but will fit 2 people + a folding wheelchair. The size seemed typical for what we found throughout Italy at small hotels. My mother who has limited mobility but can get out of her wheelchair for short periods found it pretty easy to access.
