Nestled in New Braunfels, this lovely condo for R 5,522 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Camp Warnecke C218 is a second-floor/2-story unit with plenty of space and 2 beautiful balconies with amazing views. This 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo sleeps and allows 8 guests maximum. Master Bedroom: King 2nd Bedroom: 2 Full Livingroom: Sleeper Sofa Fully furnished with bathing towels, bed linens, cookware, a standard drip coffee maker, dishwasher, washer/dryer, TV's and more! Property grills are located in between buildings and along gated roadside. Starting May 24, 2024, we are offering Free tubes up to maximum occupancy with rental! Camp Warnecke is on Comal Riverfront property with a Pool and Hot tub! -Sitting on the relaxing bank of the Comal River you can get a 20-minute float in by walking 3 minutes over down the right-hand side of the Garden Street Bridge, float down to the private Camp Warnecke River exit (make sure you’re wearing your property specific wristband!) to get out and repeat for free all day long! -A quick 5-minute walk to the Schlitterbahn East -Blastenhoff entrance! Pack your cooler, and sunscreen, and don't have to deal with finding a parking spot! -Walk with your tubes and cooler for about 15 minutes to Prince Solms Park/Hinman Island Park for public access to the Comal River and Tube Chute, jump in float down to the private Camp Warnecke River exit (make sure you’re wearing your property specific wristband!) for a 2 hour float! -Take a brisk 10-20 minute walk to nearby restaurants or stroll further into downtown New Braunfels to enjoy more local restaurants, bars and breweries, shop in our quaint boutiques, and get strudel in the oldest bakery in Texas, Naegelin's Bakery! - If you want to float a long portion of the Guadalupe River, we advise you to drive to Rockin R to rent THEIR tubes and use their shuttle service. -And, Gruene, Texas with the world-famous Gruene Hall and delicious restaurants such as Gruene River Grill and The Gristmill are only a 10-minute drive away! Places we recommend that are within a 5-20 minute walk to and from the complex: Restaurants: Pats Place, Tin Top Burgers, Union Street Station, Muck & Fuss, New Braunfels Coffee, The Mess Around, Naegelin's Bakery, Bootlegger Pizza, Krause’s Café, McAdoos Seafood, Myrons Prime Steakhouse. Bars/Night Life: The Oyster Bar, Calahans Pub & Pizza, Black Whale Pub, Moonshine & Ale, Phoenix Saloon, Scores Sports Bar, The Pour Haus, Downtown Social. Everyone in party must be 25 or older to book. Renter's ID and Credit Card must be presented to receive check-in information. Occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests are allowed. NO PETS. Wristbands and Parking Passes are enforced at this property. Each condo will receive wristbands per maximum occupancy, which must be worn at all times while on property and 2 parking passes. Renters are guaranteed 1 marked and covered parking spot while second-vehicle parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis anywhere unmarked on property. Overflow parking is an 8-minute walk, 2 blocks away at the New Braunfels Chamber of Commerce. Security guards are enforced on premises to ensure only guests of Camp Warnecke are using the grounds are parking in correct parking spaces. Monthly Rates in our Low Season are available!

This property is outstanding. Easy to check in and easy to communicate with the property management. We had left a cellphone behind and they were able to locate the cellphone and overnighted it to us. Would definitely book with this property again!

Here’s how to float:

Take your tubes about half a block to the stairs on the northwest side of W Lincoln Street bridge (you’ll have to cross the street to the Schlitterbaun side and head away from Schlitterbaun). Float the river for about 39 minutes to the Camp Warneke entrance, or to the general last exit entrance.
The only concern that may be associated with this location is that it is located right next to the Rockin’ R exit. It was not in operation during our stay in October, but it may be an issue in the summer.
Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay. The app made our stay an ease as well.

Beautiful condo! Nice and quiet. Perfect location right across the street from Schlitterbahn. Beds were comfortable. Beautiful pool and hot tub. The hospitality app from River City Resorts was awesome- made for super easy check in and location of information. Air conditioner ran great- kept us nice and cool. This condo is an end unit, located on the second floor, so it’s a walk to the trash bins and pool. Loved the rocking chairs on the balcony! No television in the second bedroom, which made those occupants sad. Only issue we had was the ceiling rained in the dining room when you showered in the second bathroom. Property management promptly addressed the problem as soon as we called, and even brought us a blanket for the pull out couch. They said the ac and shower drain lines all ran together, so suggested turning off the a/c, and showering one at a time, to try and pinpoint the problem. Unfortunately that did not fix the problem, so we were not able to use the shower in the second bathroom, but we still thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It looks like there’s been an ongoing problem in that bathroom, as there were a lot of water stains on the ceiling when we arrived. It was a minor inconvenience, but not enough to ruin our stay.

Great location, loved the view and access to both the river and Schlitterbahn. We walked to most amenities including dinner one night about a 15-20 min walk to downtown. Floating the river was so easy and we loved having the private access to get out at! We will be back!

We loved our stay in this newly updated condo unit! The location was fun and close to everything. The kids beds were new. The master bed looked lovely, but the mattress needs to be replaced unless you like to sink in the middle. The foam cover on top did help a bit though. Overall, it was a great place to stay!

The condo was very nice. Comfy beds. Plenty of kitchen utensils. Close proximity on river! Games for kiddos. Never once was the TV used. The patio is so spacious with a view of the river! Huge master suite. We had a great time. While it is right across the street from Schliterbaun, we never went. Looks like fun though.

We thought this place was great! Although it was right next to a river exit where tubers come out, it wasn't loud. Great patios. Great views of the river and trees. Sheets smelled like men's cologne. So we washed the sheets. Front door had a loose knob so I tightened that with a tool from my key chain. Plenty of room. Plenty of bathrooms. Only four of us were there.
