Very clean and easy to access. We stayed for a baseball tournament over the weekend. The property was great and had plenty of things for the kids to do. And close to everything…anytime we looked something up it was 3 minutes away!!

The check in instruction was easy, everything was sent to me upfront so I can review before getting there. Upon leaving the cleaning instruction was not pages long, it was easy 2 steps and straight forward.

Overall we had a good stay, nice location but home was musty and we were a little disappointed that we were not made aware that we would not be able to use the beaches that were in walking distance. They were all private and you had to have a pass in order to get in, which was not provided to us. When visiting with kids that was a bummer.

Awesome spot! They weren’t giving out guest passes for the local beach which was lame and I couldn’t find the jacuzzi, didn’t know if it was operating either way cause of COVID but overall pretty sweet place. They had heated floors in my bathroom, amazing! Overall 4/5

Great place for Tahoe vacation
We spent 8 days here and really enjoyed it. The condo it self. Was very comfortable. It was clean, comfortable, nice furnishings etc. 8 of us stayed here in 3 BRs and what I would call a bonus room with a sofa bed which was perfect for my two grandsons. Lots of families here which we liked with a nice pool that served us well in the afternoon. Location wise we were within walking distance to two excellent beaches--Burnt Cedar and Incline, and were a four minute ride to Raleys for our supplies. Overall, a great place to stay and we will be back..

This place comfortably sleeps eight people. We were four adults and four pre teen kids. Neat, clean, fully equipped kitchen, enjoyed the DVDs. Best things for us was it was very close to Diamond Peak. It was great to come back to this comfortable, warm place after we had gotten dog tired every day on slopes. Also, having a gas station, large grocery store close by very convenient too.
Only regret, internet did not work for all five nights we were there. In this day and age plus after paying hefty per night price, you would expect internet as a basic facility. We had to run to nearly by Startbucks for sending emails etc. Hope this problem gets fixed.

our family-6 adults and 1 child- stayed at Forrest Pines condos for a week in July.
The location was great- 2 blocks from Lakeshore pathway so we could walk, run and ride bikes and
half mile from Incline Beach and within walking distance of the Hyatt. We had access to Burnt Cedar Beach/pool as well as Incline Beach. It was nice to also have access to the pool/hot tub at the condo complex, esp for our 4yo granddaughter who loves to swim;however, they did have alot of rules and restrictions. The condo itself was adequate- 2 bedrooms/2 baths - furnishings a bit dated and the queen mattress in one of the bedrooms was very uncomfortable. Parking was adequate for our 3 vehicles. We enjoyed our stay but may look for condo complex that is less restrictive and more updated next stay.
