Master and 2nd BR with Queen beds; 3rd BR with two twin beds. Great location with access to nearby attractions, bars and restaurants in Daytona Beach or Flagler Beach (both 10-15 minutes away). Hi speed wifi and internet TV on 3 flat screen TVs. AC and ceiling fans keep the house comfortable and airy. Walk or ride bikes to beach in minutes. Beach parking available at Al Weeks North Shore Park at the end of the street. Generous private outdoor space with fire pit. Entire home completely renovated with modern kitchen and furnishings. Garage for your car or motorcycle. Full size washer and dryer on premises. Short walk or bike ride to coquina sand beach will make your stay relaxing and enjoyable. You are sure to forget the hustle and bustle of city life and a hectic work pace. Enjoy a variety of local brew selections crafted with local ingredients at the nearby Beachside Brew Pub. Food trucks on site daily featuring Cuban, Argentinian, or Seafood cuisine, other (selections vary, check calendar). Full kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, flat top stove and oven. Bait shop at end of street. Great ocean fishing. Small pets allowed, no smoking, no parties. We found this place almost by accident; we were originally booked at a house with a pool, but our 3 year old grandson just learned how to unlock doors, so we had to cancel the pool house. I am so glad that we did. This place checked all of our boxes-close to family, the beach, fenced-in yard, so we booked it. The pictures do not do it justice! The house had everything that we needed; was clean and well-stocked , and the location is beyond perfect. We will definitely be back!

This is a great home in Ormond Beach. The house is fully stocked and you will have everything you need. The layout of the home is perfect and we had plenty of space. It’s so nice to have a third bathroom. The yard is phenomenal. It has a great outdoor space to drink coffee in the morning and a fire pit to enjoy a fire at night.
The host was wonderful and we look forward to booking again!

The house was clean and comfortable. It was a good location for us to explore the area. St Augustine, Blue Springs, Kennedy Space Center and Silver Springs.
The walk to the beach was a little further than I anticipated.
The backyard was awesome! We took advantage of the cooler weather and had several fires in the firepit.
Publix is close by for when we needed food.

The house was just what we needed. Bright, cheerful and welcoming. The owner was easy to communicate with, very friendly and accommodating to our needs. Nice to have access to a garage that was perfect for the motorcycles. When we plan to return to the area I know Exactly where we want to stay 🏝️❤️

Wonderful Vacation Retreat
Loved this house for our 10-day stay in Ormond Beach.. updated thoroughly with very nice kitchen, living space, baths, bedrooms and especially the backyard. Yard "gazebo" was wonderful, along with outdoor furniture and firepit. Nice TV in living area, along with those in each bedroom. Beach items were plentiful with bikes, chairs, wheeled beach wagon, etc. Only 10-minute walk to beautiful beach. Very comfortable and had lot of supplies and treats already in cupboards and available to guests. Garage was used to park car out of the sun. Owner was responsive, friendly and attentive. Would definitely stay here again when visiting OB.

Very Well Maintained Property
The house was very clean and had a good layout. Fun decorations. I would call it "Early Mermaid" as there were whimsical coasters, pictures, etc. The backyard was very nice, and we enjoyed sitting out back with a couple friends, enjoying the twilight. Everything was in good working order.

Really enjoyed this property. It is updated, clean, supplied very well, and the outdoor area is so inviting. It was private and quiet. We spent lots of time sitting and enjoying the backyard. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful beach bike and fantastic quiet location
The home was absolutely perfect. Chris is a fantastic host, and the house had any extras you might think of that you needed. We had such a great week, and visited so many of the local restaurants and ate super delicious food. Everyone was incredibly friendly. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Comfortable, clean just off the beach getaway
The house was perfect for our family graduation celebration. We really enjoyed the back yard on nice evenings and the amenities at yhe house were incredible,kitchen was stocked with spices and condiments and beach/kayaking equipment for extra fun.

Paradise found
My husband and I spent a week here with our almost 18-year-old son and his girlfriend over their spring break. This was the best equipped VRBO we have stayed in. And the items that were provided were of excellent quality. The house was exactly as advertised. Beds were comfortable. Everything was clean. The extras were great... beach chairs, beach cart/chair combo, kayaks, cornhole. The backyard was perfect for non-beach days. We ate outside every night that we cooked, had a fire in the fire pit, and lounged in the comfy chaise sofa. It was an easy walk to the beach and the river, and there were restaurants within walking distance, too, though we didn’t eat out much. The basket of snacks, sanitizing products, and disposable masks was a nice surprise. We would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to others! Thank you!

Family Spring Break
Our family really enjoyed our stay in Ormand Beach. The property was perfect for us - we spent most of our time in the fenced backyard, playing cornhole and listening to music while our dogs were able to run around. The weather was beautiful and the property was stocked with fun things to do.
