Great location, house has everything you need saves so much packing as everything was there. Owner was extremely responsive for any questions we had and was able to work with us on our accommodations. Great place to stay will be coming back again! Park you car for your stay, grab a bike and everything is right there!

Loved the location of this property and the fact that you have assigned, covered parking. Downsides are the beds are terrible and very little water pressure in the showers. I did go and buy a foam mattress topper that helped make the bed a little better. It does have a lot of stairs if that is a problem for you but that also makes for a great view of the water from the large, oceanfront balcony. Overall we had a great stay!

Overall the condo is as advertised. The check out process requires that you wash your own bed sheets which I felt was asking a bit much since you had to wait on this process that morning before you left. The sheets we were given on check in were soiled and I had to wash. I’m not sure all tenants are following the procedure to wash their own sheets before departure. I have stayed at many condos and have never been required to do this. The furniture on the balcony was not comfortable even to sit on for short period of time. I would have appreciated more comfortable outdoor furniture. Other than these things the condo was comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.

This condo comes with everything you need. It's a perfect location, not too far from the boardwalk but far enough that the beach is less crowded. The condo is clean and comes with linens. The kitchen is fully equipped. The owner is very responsive to our messages. I love having a pool right outside the condo. I highly recommend this location. We've stayed here 3 times and plan on coming back!

Loved the condo and the location. Everything was great except for the beds. Might be the hardest mattresses we ever slept on. Not sleeping on vacation kinda defeats the purpose. Could just be a personal preference but felt like sleeping on concrete

Only steps to the beach & pool with covered parking! Very well stocked and extra kitchen items for cooking including crock pot, toaster/air fryer, etc. Entry from the covered OF porch made it easy to access bags, towels, shoes on our way in/out. Loved the solid porch floors that prevented us from being rained on from above. Beach chairs, baby Pack & Play & high chair were a definite plus for us. Very clean & no bugs.

You know you’ve rented a good property when you are at the beach and it’s rainy & windy and you still have a good time. This condo was comfy and well stocked! Ocean front with covered large balcony allowed us to sit outside even when raining!

We had an amazing time with this stay the property was everything we imagined from the pictures and descriptors. We loved being able to travel with our two year old and not have to bring a pack and play. So close to the beach and the pier.

This condo was very clean, well stocked, and the oceanfront view was amazing! The location was awesome with a short drive to attractions, stores, and restaurants. I really liked that there were balconies on the front and back side, with great views from both. This was our first time staying at Carolina Beach and we loved it. While all that was great, we did have some issues. First, the main door locks need to be replaced. We were only able to lock one, and it was difficult to even get that one to work. Second, the first night we were there, we discovered roaches in the kitchen. We sprayed bug spray thinking it was just a few trying to stay dry from the rain from Hurricane Ian. A few minutes later we found more running around so we pulled out the fridge and they ran everywhere. They were all different sizes which made it harder to find some of them. We sprayed some more but then we discovered they were coming in from the wall. We ended up putting tape on the wall because that is all we could find at the time (it was midnight by this time). It did slow them down, however we continued to find them here and there throughout our trip. I contacted the owner several times while we were there and she was amazing at how quick she responded, which I greatly appreciated. She did ask me to caulk around where they were coming in, which I felt like was a little much to ask. Tape probably wasn't the greatest thing to use on the wall but in that type of situation we used what we could find, and it seemed to be working pretty well so I just left that in place. My friends and I were pretty upset due to the amount of roaches that we saw come inside from the wall, especially not knowing how many more were already inside or how long they had been there. The owner was very responsive about contacting the property manager, but I definitely didn't feel like she was concerned about how this situation affected our stay. Would I stay here again? Probably not. This incident was pretty intense due to having to deal with it our entire trip. We were not able to fully relax, as we were constantly worried about a roach getting into our bags. We also didn't feel comfortable using the kitchen not knowing if one was going to run out while we cooked. It was very unsettling. Hopefully the owner is able to get this issue fully corrected soon, and will take the proper precautions to make sure this doesn’t happen again.

We loved this Condo! I am so thankful they provided beach chairs, camping chairs, beach toys, linens, sheets, blankets, dishes, kitchen appliances, etc. It was also nice that each room had a balcony of some sort. The back 2 rooms had a harbor view and the front 2 had the ocean view. As far as the beach goes for the month of September the waves and wind were strong, no crowds whatsoever, very quiet area. Just a few minutes from all the excitement too. This is a really good beach for people who like shells and walking or biking. A couple things that would be nice is to feel like the sheets and blankets were more clean. They had a smell to them. A few of the beach chairs are also rusting and need to be replaced. But other than that the stay was very nice.

This condo was just as advertised. The view from the porch/balcony was magnificent. Spent a lot of time there in the morning and at night. Rooms are spacious. Beds are comfortable. I feel the unit is priced well. Not overpriced. If I had any questions, Kathy got back with me within minutes of me emailing her, which was wonderful. I would definitely rent this unit again. Kathy, thank you again for being a wonderful host.

Everything was as advertised. Sunrises over the Atlantic Ocean every morning were beautiful from our 2nd Floor deck. Everything was clean upon arrival and we had everything we needed. Nice to have beach chairs already at the unit; saved a lot of trunk space. Covered parking was very nice, it gets pretty hot in NC in August.

The condo was in a great location. Steps away from the beach. Very clean. The balcony was so nice and big. We ate every meal on it. The owner was very nice and responded quickly to messages. She allowed us to reschedule with no issues when we had a family emergency. I recommend renting this condo.
